Abstract:Distributed service composition system is widely used in military, communication and other fields.In order to reveal the system’s characteristics, a bipartite network model is proposed. The relation of sever-node’s degree distribution to the three factors of terminal-node’s expectation, terminal-node’s task load andlocal-world size is analyzed by the mean-field theory undercondition ofload balancing and random selection. 摘要:针对化工过程采样分析获得的有标签样本数量较少的问题,提出一种基于半监督学习的局部加权偏最小二乘在线软测量建模方法。将过程收集到的有标签及无标签训练样本放入同一数据库中;对于在线测得的新数据点,计算其与数据库中各样本点之间的相似度,将其作为各数据点的权重;建立半监督局部加权偏最小二乘在线软测量模型,并采用EM(Expectation Maximization)算法估计模型的参数,得到模型的在线预测输出。通过对脱丁烷塔过程的仿真研究,验证了所提方法具有良好的预测精度和泛化性能。7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: As only small proportion of labeled data can be obtained from chemical processes, an online soft sensing modeling method based on semi-supervised locally weighted partial least squares is proposed . The labeled and unlabeled historical data are accumulated to construct training database. The similarity between the newly measured data and ?the sample points in the database are calculated and used as the weight of each data point. The semi-supervised locally weighted partial least squares model is constructed, and the Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm is employed to estimate the parameters of the model. Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the conventional historical data modeling method can not overcome the influence of disturbance on modeling accuracy, a historical data modeling method based on state observation is proposed. In this method, the data with the characteristic from dynamic to steady state are selected from the historical data as the modeling data, which is subjected to zero initialization processing based on the final steady state value. The processed data is then divided into two segments. The first segment is used to track the state of the prediction model, and the final observed state is used as the new initial state of the prediction model. The second segment is used to evaluate the accuracy of the estimated model parameters, and the particle swarm optimization is employed to find the optimal model parameters. Abstract: To improve the efficiency of optimization via simulation (OvS), an OvS method based on neural network is proposed. Taking advantage of the approximation ability of neural network to nonlinear input-output relationship, neural network's outputs are used as substitutes for simulation results to reduce the required simulation runs. Samples are generated by simulation according to the three proposed samples selection methods. Owning to its advantages on learning speed, network stability and parameters selection, generalized regression neural network (GRNN) is adopted to train the samples. The trained GRNN forms a regression surface that represents the relationship between simulation inputs and outputs, which makes it feasible to use GRNN output as substitutes for simulation runs. Optimization algorithms are applied to search for the best solution on the regression surface. Abstract: We present an algorithm for adaptively generating tetrahedral mesh by constructing the density field of a surface model. A uniform sampled point set is first generated inside the axial bounding box of the surface model. A non-uniform density field is defined according to the surface boundary of the model. Under the control of the density field, the centroidal Voronoi tessellation of the point set is constructed by using iterative method, and the distribution of the point set is optimized adaptively via dynamically adding or deleting points. Taking the points inside the surface model as the insertion points, a tetrahedral mesh is generated with the surface mode being the boundary-constraint condition. The experimental results show that our algorithm can handle a variety of surface models with different complexity of topology and geometry, and can adaptively generate tetrahedral mesh with different density distribution by adjusting the density field. Most of the generated tetrahedral cells are more regular and the overall quality of the mesh is higher. In order to solve the problem, a voxel-based method is proposed to generate swept volume. OpenMP and C++AMP parallel computing technologies are used for fast voxel-based operation. By using C++ AMP technology, the computing speed is improved greatly. Traditionally, swept volume has been used in the field of path planning and industrial assembly. In this paper, swept volume technology is applied to the simulation of virtual operation of micro and nano-devices for the first time. 摘要:针对现有碰撞检测算法难以解决变形物体碰撞的实时性和逼真性问题,提出一种基于可变形物体的改进碰撞检测算法。该算法在K-dops(K-discrete orientation polytopes)包围盒基础上使用Snake模型应用于包围盒更新过程中,使用改进的Pso(Particle swarm optimization)算法对Snake型进行边界优化。在优化过程中依据碰撞部位的内凹特性,在Snake模型控制点簇与中心点构成的多直线上,采用改进的粒子选取方式和多种群粒子优化算法思想构成多直线群体。实验结果表明,改进后的碰撞检测算法可以快速准确的模拟物体轮廓,简化了包围盒更新过程,提高了碰撞检测效率。7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In view of the existing collision detection algorithm which is difficult to solve the collision of real-time and reality, an improved algorithm of collision detection was propsed based on deformable objects. The algorithm based on K-DOPs bounding box applied to update process used the improved PSO algorithm to optimize the Snake model boundary. The concave in collision region, the control point clusters and the center formed multi-linear swarm with the improved selection method and the ulti PSO algorithm. 摘要:为解决存在随机现象的系统动力学模拟与相关性分析问题,将广义随机Petri(GSPN)进行扩展,建立广义随机函数PetriGSFPN,将GSFPNSD模型相结合,提出了一种GSFPN-SD模型,该模型具有如下优势:(1) 通过变迁的激发,使得状态的演变的过程更明确;(2) 系统变化动态性是通过事件激发的,从而更逼真地描述了复杂系统的自主动态演变行为;(3) 变迁的激发是通过托肯的移动而实现的,从而实现了系统可以有条件或无条件转移;(4) 可以实现部分变迁具有延时特征,而其他变迁没有延时特征的系统动力学模拟与相关性分析。例子研究表明,GSFPN-SD模型要比SD模型具有更强、更全面对复杂系统的描述模拟与相关性分析能力。7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of system dynamics (SD) simulation and correlation analysis of complex system containing random possesses, the generalized stochastic Petri-net (GSPN) is expanded into the generalized stochastic function Petri-net (GSFPN), and a GSFPN-SD model is proposed by combining GSFPN and SD. The GSFPN-SD model has the following advantages: (1) the process of state evolution is more clear by firing transits; (2) it describes the autonomous dynamic evolution of complex system more realistically as system’s dynamic change is driven by events; (3) transits are fired by tokens' movement, thus the system states can conditionally or unconditionally transit; (4) dynamic simulation and correlation analysis of complicated systems containing some delayed transits possess can be executed. Abstract: In order to make up for the defect that relative degree of incidence, absolute degree of incidence and synthetic degree of incidence are limited in the range of (0.5, 1], this paper attempts to improve the degree of grey incidence. A control factor of “λ” and the metric space are set up to adjust. A new model is established and its specific properties are studied. It is proved that the new model satisfies the grey incidence axioms and the range of degree of grey incidence can be extended to (0, 1]. We put forward four principles of the quasi-optimal value, and summarize the specific algorithm steps according to sensitivity analysis. The performances of all kinds of analysis models of degree of incidence are compared and the quasi-optimal value is obtained. In addition, the paper succeeds in showing that the new model not only keeps the original relation order, but also extends the range of degree of grey incidence to a broader scope, and improves the resolution.7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: To solve problem of high computational cost and low convergence speed of initial points away from the optimal solution in collaborative optimization, a new dynamic relaxation cooperative optimization method with fast convergence is presented. Two-phase optimization is adopted in this method. In the accelerating convergence phase, the calculation method of relaxation factor is improved, and the inconsistent information between the optimal value of disciplines and its mean value is used to construct the relaxation factor. The optimization solution of the first phase is adopted as the initial points in the optimization solution phase. The relaxation factor satisfying the consistent precision requirement is selected for cooperative optimization, and the global optimal solution is obtained. A typical numerical example and the reducer MDO problem are adopted to test this optimization method. Experimental results show that the proposed method can greatly reduce the computational cost and accelerate the convergence speed of the initial points away from the optimal solution.7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: When the industrial robot carries on the precise processing, it is possible to finish in the work space of the whole attitude. In order to obtain the compact structure and meet the processing point, a new hybrid optimization algorithm is proposed. The structure model of the robot is established, and the global optimal particle and inertia weight of the particle swarm is introduced. The two parameters are classified by the intermediate value. The dynamic changes of the search medium and the optimization ability are enhanced. After verification, the algorithm has better search ability and higher accuracy. Abstract: The multicomponent gas replacement operations in the sealed capsule with cavities connected by slit are modeled and simulated based on the analytic estimation and the CFD numerical simulation methods in this paper. Corresponding result comparisons and discussions on the time costs and replacement effects of different replacement operations and parameters are presented. The estimation and numerical simulation results of mixing and compression replacement operations with different gas velocities demonstrate that, for the cavity connected by slit, analytic estimation method underestimates the effects of mixing replacement operation, but overestimates the compression replacement effects. During the mixing replacement operation, higher gas replacement efficiency is achieved with the replacing gas being pumped into the smaller cavity and the replaced gas being pumped out of the larger cavity. Abstract: A simulation system for special material processing training within the shielded environment is developed based on augmented reality technology. An observation system composed of analogue camera and network high dome system camera is designed and constructed to extend the view scope of operators. Single hand finger recognition technology is then combined with the observation system to implement friendly interactions between operators and the simulation system, and to achieve interactive training. Augmented reality technology is applied to create fused virtual-real vision, which leads to the implementation of augmented processing induction of cone-shaped part. Primary tests show that the developed system is capable of reducing radiation threat, alleviating operators’ body fatigue, executing more efficient training and reducing training duration so as to increase safety and improve efficiency of operators to a certain extent.7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: As a key link in tire production process, the scheduling plan of vulcanization process directly affects the efficiency of the whole tire production process. A discrete encoding method based on vulcanization order tire number is proposed. An improved harmony search algorithm (IHS) is developed for scheduling the vulcanization workshop with the target of simultaneously minimizing the makespan, die-changing cost and machine idle rate. Vulcanization sequence and tire number are respectively discretized according to the harmony memory considering probability and pitch adjusting probability. The dynamic fine-tuning value is defined to fine-tune the processing number. Abstract: Aiming at the stable self-balancing cognition problems of flexible self-balancing robot, a balance cognition method based on multi-level heuristic dynamic programming is proposed and applied on the self-balance learning of flexible self-balancing robot in this paper. In the proposed cognition method, the original reward mechanism with discrete form is transformed into a continuous form by introducing the orientational reward module, and the converted continuous reward signal is used as the major basis for evaluation. The scheme enables the robot to record more information in the autonomic cognition process and improve its cognitive ability. Through the robot self-balancing cognitive experiment, it can be seen that the robot can still be able to achieve good cognitive ability even the robot contains flexible joints. 摘要:针对微小型四旋翼飞行器大角度快速机动飞行控制问题,提出一种基于动态逆与滑模控制的新型双通道机动飞行控制方法。通过滑模控制与动态逆结合,使系统对模型的不确定性及气动干扰有较好的鲁棒性,动态滑模有效地避免了系统抖振,且构造新的滑模面和飞行器姿态四元数正则模型,提高了控制精度,解决了飞行器奇异问题动态逆则改善了系统的动态响应特性,在逆系统设计中,由于系统具有零动态,给出了该零动态的稳定性分析。仿真结果证明了控制方案的控制效果。7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to solve the flight control problem of mini quadrotor with large angle and fast maneuver, a new dual channel maneuver flight control method based on dynamic inverse (DI) and sliding mode control (SMC) is proposed. By combining SMC and DI, this method makes the system robust to the model uncertainty and aerodynamic interference. The dynamic SMC effectively reduces system’s chattering. New sliding mode surface and quaternion regular model of aircraft attitude are built to improve the control precision and resolve the singular problem of aircraft. The DI improves the system’s dynamic response, and the stability analysis of zero dynamics is given in the inverse system design. Abstract: A model of A320 aircraft cabin and human body was established using CFD. Temperature field, velocity field and PM10 concentration field was simulated at different air supply rate of the bridge load air conditioning based on mathematical model of fluid dynamics in cabin. The values of the ADPI and drainage efficiency were calculated respectively at different air supply rate. The optimal supply air velocity evaluation function was constructed based on ADPI and drainage efficiency. The wind speed, temperature and PM10 concentration of the sample points were used to calculate the value of the evaluation function with different air supply rate. Abstract: Range of interlacing resistance of woven electrode is induced. Mathematical models of field point potential, electrode potential and electrode potentials difference are constructed. Electrode potential is the weighted mean of field point potentials at interlacing points. Effects of position, size of electrode, and contact resistance on electrode potential are investigated by simulation. Results indicate that there exists two extreme value points at which electrode potential reaches maximum and minimum, respectively. The absolute value of electrode potential extreme value decreases with the increase of electrode’s size. Abstract: A multi-response parameters optimization method based on principal component analysis (PCA) and neural network is proposed. It is used to optimize temperature and time parameters in complex thermal polymerization process. By using the method of weighted PCA, two response indexes, capacity value and loss tangent value, are converted into a single quality performance index. The main effect value is used to identify the search range. The radical basis function (RBF) neural network model is established to search and identify the optimal process parameters. Results show that response indexes are improved and the optimization effect is obvious. Abstract: Chemical processes test dataset are high dimensional, and have the combined feature of nonlinear and dynamic characteristics. However, traditional linear dimension reduction algorithm cannot extract the local structure information and dynamic characteristics. The monitoring model of chemical process based on dynamic neighborhood preserving embedding–support vector data description (DNPE-SVDD) algorithm is proposed. With the superiority of NPE in nonlinear dimensionality reduction and SVDD in the detection of outliers, dimension is reduced by DNPE algorithm and the monitoring model of the manifold space with reduced dimension is established by SVDD algorithm. The Tennessee Eastman (TE) process is simulated using the proposed model. Abstract: Non-ideal back-EMF waveform of brushless DC motor is unavoidable due to manufactory technology limitation, which contributes to the torque ripple and requires high performance controller to suppress the influence. Several back-EMF waveforms are analyzed and mathematical model of non-ideal back-EMF is proposed. The torque ripple under the non-ideal waveform is calculated and the relationship between torque ripple and the shape of back-EMF waveform is achieved by this model. The change of torque ripple under non-ideal back-EMF is simulated with driving current of square wave and sinusoidal wave. Abstract: The mathematical model of doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) with stator inter-turn fault, which presents itself as standard form state space equation, is deduced and established, for the first time. The corresponding simulation model, i.e. Matlab S-function block is developed and embedded in a Matlab built-in routine simulating DFIG unit comprising wind turbine, converter, related mechanical/electrical control and DFIG. The simulation model of DFIG unit with stator inter-turn fault is established, which is a beneficial extension of Matlab simulation. The stability of DFIG unit under the healthy and faulty conditions is analyzed by using simulation. 摘要:为了解水平错动作用下复杂构造的上覆岩层在井工开采服务年限内的应力应变情况,采用PFC3D作为模拟平台,基于下落法构造了该拟采矿区上覆岩层模型。该上覆岩层包含5层,其中有侵入火成岩,其下部岩层由于构造应力存在背斜和向斜构造。对长时间的岩层变形进行了模拟,并分析了这5层岩体在该过程中的应力应变特征。研究表明,错动产生的压应力贯穿该上覆岩层需要379年,并确定了压应力最强贯穿路径。对该模拟进行应用确定了穿过该岩层的最优巷道路径及井工开采服务年限与巷道建设位置的对应关系。7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to understand the stress and strain of the complex overlying strata with horizontal offset in service time of mining, the model of the overburden mining regions is created by PFM with the simulation platform of PFC3D. The overlying strata contains five layers including intrusive igneous rock, of which the bottom rock has anticline and syncline structure due to tectonic stress. The stress and strain characteristics of the five layers of rock mass are analyzed. Studies show that it takes the compressive stress 379 years to penetrate the overlying strata. The strongest penetrate path of the compressive stress is also determined. 摘要:利用fluent软件的mixture (两相混合)模型及RNG κ-ε湍流模型,通过动网格、滑移网格模拟柱塞移动及缸体的转动,UDF(User Defined Function)设置流体的可压缩性,建立水压轴向柱塞泵有限元计算模型。发现柱塞腔的空化程度与m(柱塞腔直径与缸体腰形孔当量直径的比值)有很大关系,并建立不发生空化mc值的数学模型。经仿真分析发现:m值越小,柱塞腔中空化度越小。斜盘倾角β、缸体角速度ω越大,柱塞腔中不发生空化区域越小。通过研究,合理选择m值,可以减小柱塞腔的空化,减小柱塞泵的振动,提高柱塞泵容积效率,对轴向柱塞泵的设计具有实际意义。7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: The finite element calculation model of water axial piston pump is established by the mixture hybrid and RNG κ-ε turbulence model of the Fluent software. The plunger movement and cylinder rotary are simulated by the dynamic mesh and sliding mesh. The UDF (User Defined Function) is used to set the compressibility of the fluid. It is found that the cavitation degree of plunger cavity is strongly related to m value (the ratio of the diameter of the plunger cavity to the equivalent diameter of the cylinder kidney shape hole). The mathematical model of mc without cavitation value is established. Simulation results shows thatn the smaller the m value is, the smaller the cavitation degree of the plunger cavity is. The bigger the angle β of the swash plate and the velocity ω of the cylinder block are, the smaller the un-cavitation area in the plunger cavity is. It is demonstrated that a reasonable choice of m value can reduce the cavitation of plunger cavity and vibration of the piston pump, improve the volumetric efficiency of axial piston pump, which has practical meaning for the design of axial piston pump.7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to numerically simulate and predict the dynamics behavior of a breaking cable, the dynamics model of the underwater cable is built up based on the lumped mass method, and the classical Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the model. The breaking cable is simulated by exerting appropriate boundary conditions. The dynamics behaviors of immediately and slowly breaking cable are studied. The results indicate that the velocity of the nodes around the breaking point reaches the maximum in a very short time, and then the disturbance propagates outside in form of elastic-wave. Tension and velocity distribute more uniformly along the cable in case of breaking slowly, leading to a more uniform distribution of kinetic energy in the cable, The number of nodes with high velocity is reduced and the duration of high velocity motion is shortened; The simulation reveals?the mechanism of disturbance's propagation in the form of elastic wave and proves that slow breaking cables are less dangerous than fast breaking ones.7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: Because of complex system configuration, it is difficult to find precise mathematics model of PHEV drivetrain. The fuzzy controller design depends mainly on expert’s experience and has much subjectivity. A fuzzy energy management strategy (EMS) based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) is presented. In this EMS, the fuzzy rules obtained from expert knowledge are unaltered and the PSO is used to optimize the parameters of membership functions of the fuzzy controller. ?The provided EMS model is built by Matlab/simulink and embedded in the Advisor software for simulation and comparative analysis. Abstract: The nonlinear dynamics model of gear transmissionsystem of shearer cutting unit is established. The nonlinear dynamics theory of gear is applied to the transmission system of shearer cutting unit, and the effect of damping ratio and vibration frequency on the nonlinear dynamics of the system is considered. Fourth order Runge-Kutta method with variable step is employed to solve the nonlinear systems differential equations. The phase plan and Poincare section of the system response are obtained with different parameters. The results show that the nonlinear influence of the displacement response of the solar wheel is stronger when the damping ratio is lower. And when the excitation frequency from small to large in a certain interval, the displacement response of the solar wheel becomes chaos, and then changes back to periodic phenomenon. Abstract: The data mining technology for historical data of power plant has the problem of low efficiency as the data dimension is high and data size is large. Some parameters are set without theoretical guidance and the objective parameter value is not reasonably determined in the corresponding algorithm of data mining. A mining algorithm with improved quantitative association rule based on Apriori is proposed. Aiming at the economical operation of power plant, target guidance is used to constrain the dimension and compress the quantity in sample space, which improves the mining efficiency and determines the parameter’s target value reasonably. The distribution of the temperature is achieved and the unsteady transport principle of pollutant gases and the smoke is analyzed. Numerical results match well with the experiments results, which verifies the correctness of the numerical method. Results show that the ceiling spray behavior is observed when the thermal air is driven by the buoyancy force once fire rises at the bottom of the cargo. The pollutants quickly gather towards the top of the compartment accompanying with the hot air and diffuse towards the horizontal direction away from the fire source. Pollutants move towards the bottom of the cargo after the concentrations reaches saturation near the top of the compartment, which results in the phenomenon that the concentrations of the pollutants declines with the decrease of the height away from the fire source. Abstract: In order to elucidate the humidity aging mechanism of composite solid propellant, the diffusion and the distribution of moisture inside the composite solid propellant under humidity was evaluated through the hygroscopic test of propellant. The mathematical and the FE model of moisture diffusion were proposed. The FEM was employed to simulate the moisture diffusion inside propellant. Moreover, the factors that affect the moisture diffusion were analyzed. The results showed that the humidity FEM can be used to simulate the hygroscopic process inside propellant. The temperature can affect the moisture diffusion. The higher the temperature is, the greater the coefficient and the diffusion speed of moisture are. Furthermore, the dimension of propellant specimen can also affect the moisture diffusion. In the method, the petrochemical system is modeled in PWA form which can well describe the nonlinear and hybrid characteristic of the system. It can predict whether the system is in danger or not in advance so as to take the corresponding measures to ensure the reliability and safety of the system. Abstract: In the power system, electronic current transformer based on the Rogowski coil has been widely used in digital substation. Based on the analysis of its composition and structure, the electronic transformer is simulated by the Simulink module in Matlab. Rogowski coil is used to simulate the traditional transformer. Using Σ-Δ ADC converter and digital filter, analog signal from the high-pressure side ?is converted to digital output data, which is sent via fiber optic Ethernet to FPGA development board after FT3 format framing by Simulink.? The data is then sent to the merged unit of transformer’s interface after Manchester encoding and decoding, and CRC check. Abstract: In order to solve the problem that driver modeling is difficult in vehicle handling dynamics, a study method of vehicle handling inverse dynamics is proposed. Based on model predictive control (MPC), the steering angle input is used as the control variable and the control object is to track the desired path. The optimal control problem of tracking the given path with high speed in vehicle handling inverse dynamics is converted into a secondary planning problem which is then solved by the active set method. Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics that the output signal of outboard active decoy simulation model is non-stationary random signal, a simulation model verification method based on wavelet transform is proposed. The measured and simulated signals are decomposed into low frequency and high frequency parts by determining the wavelet function. For the low frequency part with stationary state, the characteristic data is obtained by parameter fitting with the least square method. For the high frequency part, AR model is used to fit the parameters, and the fitting parameters are used as the characteristic data, The correlation coefficient method is used to analyze and calculate the consistency of the characteristic data of low frequency and high frequenc. According to this strategy, the outboard active decoy simulation modelis verified using the external field test data under the typical application situation. The data driven pre tuning adaptive subspace model predictive control (PTA-MPC) method, which combines the advantages of subspace identification and state space predictive control, is proposed. The state space models of multiple conditions are obtained by subspace identification with the input signal in persistent excitation. The predictive control law is derived with the state space models, and the controller parameters are optimized by using particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Based on the least square parameter estimation, state space model parameters and predictive controller parameters are smoothed. The steps of PTA-MPC algorithm in cascade control system are presented. Abstract: In order to improve the demodulation performance of frequency-hopping signals, this paper proposes a digital receiving algorithm based on the bistable stochastic resonance. With the digital samples sifting, the algorithm processes multiple frequency signals in one stochastic resonance system. The conversion from channel noise to useful signal is improved with multiple iterations of signal system. Finally, the local signal is designed to eliminate the frequency distortion in stochastic resonance system through the relevant calculation. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the algorithm can demodulate frequency-hopping signal, and its performance can be improved with the increase of sampling rate. With high sampling rate, the demodulation performance is 2 dB higher than the existing single random resonance detection system.7Q8ag8879环亚手机|首页主页
