摘要:随着不同应用领域对实时碰撞检测算法需求的增长,利用多核CPUGPU的并行处理能力来提高碰撞检测算法的处理速度已经得到了广泛的关注。文中回顾了碰撞检测算法的发展历史并从多个角度对目前现有的算法进行了分类归纳;介绍了十余种代表性的基于CPUGPU并行化碰撞检测算法,并从算法的可扩展性和存储空间消耗以及任务量均衡化等方面分析了这些算法的优缺点。最后总结了并行化碰撞检测算法研究中存在的问题和新的发展方向以及常用的实验测试数据。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: The demand for real-time collision detection is increasing in different applications. Exploiting the parallel computing capability of multi-core CPUs and GPUs to accelerate the speed of collision detection algorithms has attracted abroad attention. This paper reviews the development history of collision detection algorithms and classified the existing algorithms from multiple perspectives. Moreover, we analyze the strengths and weaknesses of more than ten representative parallel collision detection algorithms based on multi-core CPUs and GPUs from the aspects of the scalability, memory consumption and workload balancing. 摘要:随着深度相机的应用,三维场景的重建越来越简单、快速。从单视角的深度场景图像中检索出物体还是比较困难,特别是物体的姿态估计。提出了一种基于卷积神经网络的深度图像姿态估计算法。该算法采用了回归估计来实现姿态的估计。通过3D模型合成大量不同姿态的深度图像样本,从而解决回归估计需要稠密采样的训练数据问题。对于不同类别的物体,分别用线性回归估计来拟合姿态函数。在基于LeNet-5模型上修改了卷积神经网络的结构,使得该网络适用于回归估计。实验结果表明:我们的方法取得了平均误差约4.3°的估计结果,优于其他文献的方法。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: 3D scenes can be reconstructed more easily and rapidly with depth camera. However, it is difficult to retrieve items in 3D scenes from a single view depth image, especially for the pose estimation. In this paper, we present a method of pose estimation using convolutional neural network with synthesis depth data, which? predicts the items’ pose in 3D scenes by regression. This is achieved by (i) synthesizing large amount of depth images with different pose for linear regression using 3D model, (ii) designing a class-dependent linear regression framework, which estimates the object’s pose from different classes separately, (iii) reforming LeNet-5 model by representing the loss layer as a linear regression form. The proposed algorithm is demonstrated on different data sets and achieves higher accuracy (average error 4.3°) than other algorithms.rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: A non-static and non-stationary three-point subdivision schemes with three parameters was proposed to generate piecewise C1 rational quadratic Bezier spline curves. In particular, for special values of the tension parameters, the proposed scheme will be capable of reproducing all conic sections exactly and conic spline curve. In addition, the proposed subdivision scheme is approximation-type, but the limit curve generated by such scheme interpolates the initial control points, and by selecting the appropriate parameters, the proposed scheme is circle-preserving, line-preserving, cusp-preserving. Abstract: Aiming at the requirement of battlefield environment data in joint operations, a spatio-temporal data organization model of unified ground and aerial battlefield based on grid division is proposed in this paper. The sphere grid division is adopted to divide the space to extend to the time dimension. Also, the spatio-temporal grid coding is designed. The field and object are combined to build the BSTD organization model, where the sphere layer and sphere volume grid unit are used separately as the reference space to quantitatively describe the field, and the spatio-temporal grid coding is adopted to describe the space and time attributes of the object. Abstract: For the case of mismatching in feature detection and matching based on SIFT algorithm, a method based on RANSAC is proposed in this paper to eliminate false matches. RANSAC treats all input data differently. An objective function is created and its parameters are estimated by iterative algorithm. All the data are divided into two categories based on the estimated parameters and the points that satisfy the estimated parameters are reserved and the points which do not satisfy the estimated parameters are eliminated. And then the function parameters are re-estimated with all the satisfied points. 摘要:三角网的切割广泛应用于网格重构、网格变形、地形融合与分析等领域,在地理信息系统应用中,三角网切割是实现地形表面模型与建筑物模型融合的关键算法。现有的多边形裁剪算法没有考虑相邻三角形的空间关系,直接用于切割三角网往往会出现T交叉点,形成不稳定三角网。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种基于三角形分解的三角网切割算法,根据三角形与裁剪线的位置关系,对三角形进行分解裁剪,分解时不引入非裁剪多边形边上的交点。实验结果表明分解裁剪算法能避免裁剪结果中出现T交叉点,有效生成稳定三角网。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract:Triangular mesh clipping is widely used in grid reconstruction, grid deformation, terrain fusion and analysis, and many other fields. In the application of geographic information system (GIS), triangular mesh clipping is the key to the fusion of terrain surface model and building model. However, existing polygon clipping algorithms do not take the space relationship of adjacent triangles into account.If they were directly used in triangular mesh clipping, T-intersections would appear in the cutting results, leading tounstable triangular mesh. In order to solve this problem, a triangular mesh clipping algorithm based on triangular decomposition is proposed. Triangular decomposition is implemented according to the location relationship between the triangle and the cutting line, whichdoes not introduce other intersections that are not on the polygon line. 摘要:针对基于二维图像重建出的带有离群点和噪声的三维点云模型,提出了一种基于邻域扩展聚类的去噪算法。通过数据点之间的欧氏距离以及相邻位置关系的可传递性,搜索每个数据点的邻域,然后对所有点进行聚类划分,从而检测和滤除点云模型中的离群点。重点讨论了点云邻域扩展聚类的概念和方法、如何利用基于动态网格划分法快速搜索点的邻域解决了点云模型周围孤立及密集分布的离群点检测和滤除问题,提高了传统k-近邻等算法对于点云数据的去噪效率。仿真实验结果表明,该算法可有效滤除点云模型中孤立和密集分布的离群点。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: Aimed at the three dimensional point clouds model with outliers and noises which is reconstructed based on 2D images, a new denoising algorithm based on neighborhood expansion clustering is proposed. The search for other neighboring points of each data point is conducted by using the Euclidean distance between data points and the transitive property of the neighborhood location relation. All points are processed for cluster partition, which detects and filters the outliers in the point clouds model. The concept of neighborhood expansion clustering and the fast search algorithm based on dynamic grids division are discussed. It solves the problem of detecting and filtering the outliers distributed in isolation or densely around the point clouds model, which improves the efficiency of traditional k-nearest neighbor algorithm to denoise the point clouds data. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively filter the outliers distributed in isolation or densely around the point clouds model.rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

摘要:为模拟大型人群运动,提出基于人群运动片元的合成方法。使用PCA主元分析方法,通过输入多组相同语义的运动数据来得到单个运动片元中角色的运动统计模型。基于Voronoi图提出了一种角色在人群运动中位置信息控制算法,以此得到一种稳态的人群运动模型和各个角色的详细运动信息。在稳态人群运动模型中加入互动概念,提出一种人群的角色交互运动合成算法。最终完成对整个大型人群运动场景的构建。实验结果表明,该方法能较好地完成大型人群运动场景的模拟,较好得体现角色的交互细节。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract:In order to simulate large-scale crowd motion, a synthesis method based on crowd motion patches is proposed. First, the characters’ statistical model in a single crowd patch is obtained based on PCA by takingseveral sets of motion data with same semantics. An algorithm which controls the character’s position in the motion crowd is proposed based on Voronoi diagram. A steady crowd motion model and detailed motion information of each character are achieved using the proposed algorithm. Finally, taking into account the random interactive motion of the crowd characters, we propose analgorithm that presents the interactions of characters in the motion crowd byadding interactive concept in the steady crowd motion model. After the above steps, we accomplish to build a large-scale crowd motion scene. Abstract: Potted monocot plants are one of the most indispensable plants for landscaping and environment. This paper establishes 3D geometric model of branches, twigs, branches and leaves of potted monocot plants with adjustable morphology parameters based on iterated function system. Specifically, considering the self-similarity and randomness of branch bifurcation structure, a corresponding pruning operation module is established. The visualization of the pruning of the branch morphology with higher degrees of freedom is implemented through the affine transformation matrix and geometric model, producing more realistic computer simulation results. Abstract: To solve the problems that the existing noise in dense point cloud generated from sequential images dense matching affects the accuracy, and geometric structure such as flat exists in urban scenes, a surface reconstruction method of dense point cloud based on geometric structure is proposed in this paper. RANSAC algorithm is applied to extract planar structure. The original points were structured into planar points, crease points of two planes intersecting, corner points of three or more planes intersecting and clutter points. Then the structured point cloud is divided into tetrahedron by 3D Delaunay, improving the penalty term of min-cut energy function by the triangular patches consisted by the four structured points to extract surface of the 3D Delaunay tetrahedron. Abstract: Considering the weak rendering ability of web browser, the authenticity and aesthetics of Web3D rendering are always hot topics.In particular, the realization of PBR in the web-side and even dynamic editable are difficult.The realization and dynamic edit of PBR in the web end are especially difficult. Based on the problem mentioned, this paper presents a web-based lightweight real-time rendering algorithm with authenticity and high quality based on the PBR algorithm, which simplifies the complex calculation steps of the algorithm and reduces the computational complexity for rendering. The LPM (Lightweight Progressive Mesh) algorithm is reused to simplify the model file and? accelerate the model loading speed. Finally, a demo is presented to verify the algorithm’s effectiveness. Abstract: According to the requirements of specific application of robotic localization and navigation, a spatial modeling method of the robotic navigation map with ultra-high resolution volumetric grid model is proposed. The geographic spatial three-dimensional grid model is combined with the robotic navigation map and the consistency of spatial span, grid cell and data organization is analyzed. The characteristics of the robotic navigation map, the source and classification of the data, and the difference and relationship between SLAM are analyzed in detail. The robotic spatial data sets are discretized with the ultra-high resolution volumetric grid units as the data organization units. The integration management method of the spatial environment data is proposed and optimized. The unified coding and indexing of the environment space grid around the robot is conducted using the ultra-high resolution volumetric grid model, which achieves the spatial modeling of the environment around the robot and provides a uniform environment map model for the localization and navigation of mobile robot. Abstract:A hard shadow anti-aliasing rendering algorithm with sub-pixel accuracywas proposed. The method focused on addressing aliasing artifacts of the shadow map due to the sample density mismatching between light space and camera space. The method extracted geometric primitives from the scene’s front view from a light source and storedscene visible triangles with fixed-size and local approximation using conservative rasterization; An algorithm was proposed to detect the covered plurality primitives in one texel based on the texel’s vertices, and reconstruct testing depth of shadow ray precisely. The experiment results showed that covered primitives' detection algorithm was able toidentify more than 90% triangles implicated in one texel. Abstract:The new variational level set method is achieved with the combination of the traditional level set method and the energy function which is established by means of statistical model according to the minimal relative entropy.The new method isappliedto object segmentation and offset correction in intensity heterogeneous image.Object segmentation and offset correction are unified according to the evolution of the level set function, anda deviation estimation function with intrinsic smooth feature is obtained.The results prove that the overlapping areas between different tissues are significantly decreased and more accurate results are achieved. In addition, this model is not sensitive to contour initialization, and can achieve the desired effect with fewer iterations and shorter calculation time, which issuitable for the process of various automation applications in practice with large amount of data.rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: This paper compared 4 kinds of image fusion methods through the GF-2 panchromatic and multispectral data fusion test. The subjective qualitative evaluation and objective quantitative evaluation were applied to analyze the quality of the fusion images, which were classified by the maximum likelihood method to select the suitable fusion method for GF-2 image. Test results showed that, among the four fusion methods, Pansharp transform achieved better fusion effect. It had the best subjective and objective qualitative evaluation; It had the highest overall classification accuracy in the maximum likelihood classification test. The experiment results indicated that the Pansharp transform had better fusion effect than other fusion algorithms, and it was suitable for the application of GF-2 in forestry industry. Abstract: At present, the research on the vibration problem of switched reluctance motor is limited to the natural mode analysis under no-load condition. The coupling calculation of transient electromagnetic field and structure dynamic field in SRM is deduced. It is proved that the vibration results of SRM can be obtained under the load. An improved simulation method is proposed to improve the data link of Workbench ANSYS, and to realize the direct coupling of the whole data link between the transient electromagnetic field and the transient structural dynamic field. The simulation method is described in detail for a specific SRM experimental model. The detailed vibration velocity distribution of the SRM under load is obtained, and the validity of the simulation is proved. In this paper, a 3D monitoring system based on OPC UA is designed and implemented to meet the requirement of real-time and versatility of devices. The 3D monitoring system is composed of an OPC UA server and an OPA UA client, which is developed with 3D virtual reality technology with open source image engine osg both on computer and Android Pad. The real-time data communication and production process simulation of each equipment parameter during manufacturing process are realized. 摘要:为了生成静态图像中人体的轮廓线,提出了一种基于骨架匹配的轮廓线提取方法。在图像中找到可以表征人体骨架的骨架关键点,通过骨架关键点,利用图像中各像素点所包含的边缘信息,结合人体形态学先验知识,构建了隐马尔科夫模型来匹配人体上对应骨架关键点的边缘关键点,少量的边缘关键点即可生成人体大致轮廓。利用Hermite插值方法连接边缘关键点获取人体轮廓线。通过相关实验结果表明,提出的方法在较为简单的场景中可以提取出静态图像中人体轮廓,获得的轮廓也符合人体形状先验。与已有的方法相比,在速度上有了很大的提高,并在一些较为复杂的场景中取得了更好的效果。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In this paper, an augmented reality scheme that can achieve the virtual-real objects’ interaction effectively is proposed. The depth camera, such as Kinect, is adopted to capture the depth image of scene, and then the segmentation and dynamic tracking of the scene objects are implemented based on the depth image. In the scene segmentation, we propose a scene segmentation strategy based on the prior knowledge. The large plane objects existing in the scene are firstly recognized according to the prior knowledge. Then, the clustering segmentation is applied to the remaining points to get the scene objects. This strategy is very efficient for the indoor desktop-scene segmentation. In the object tracking, we adopt the three dimensional tracking algorithm based on particle filtering. The tracking process can also be accelerated by using the prior large plane information. Abstract: Individuals’ behavior and psychology have the typical features of complexity and dynamics under emergency, which is a great challenge for the realistic simulation of crowd behavior. In this paper, virtual reality and game technology are combined to design a virtual reality fire escape game (VRFEG), and the users' emergency behaviors are evaluated and analyzed effectively. VRFEG is mainly composed of four modules, i.e., interactive plot design, architecture design, data collection and behavior analysis. Experiment results show that the VRFEG system is very intuitive and easy to use. Such system could help people learn some emergency escape skills while immersing in the game. 摘要:为了保证行车安全,预测两车之间的距离是非常重要,对基于视觉的车辆检测及车距测量进行了研究,提出了一种根据车牌在图像中像素面积的大小来计算车距的方法。基于帧间差分与AdaBoost相结合进行车辆检测,并对获取的车尾图像进行处理以及车牌校正及定位;建立了一个车距测量模型,该模型的思想是寻找相机与图像坐标系之间的关系,从而推出本文的车距模型;基于该模型求取车牌在图像中的像素面积,并完成了车距测量试验。试验结果表明,提出车距测量方法将误差控制在7%以内,具备了较高的检测精度,且对车辆距离较远的情况下同样适用,因此本文的车距测量方法能够有效地应用于车辆安全辅助驾驶系统中。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: Estimating the distance between two vehicles is very important for transport safety.?In order to keep the driving safety and avoid the traffic accidents, the visual-based vehicle detection and vehicle distance measurement are studied. In order to improve the detection precision and shorten the testing time, frame difference is combined with adaboost algorithm to detect vehicle. In the part of distance measurement, a method to calculate the distance between vehicles based on the pixels size of the vehicle’s plate area in the image is proposed. Firstly, the image of the rear end of the vehicle is processed for edge detections and vehicle license plate location and rectification; A vehicle distance measurement model is established, the idea of which is to find the relationship between camera and image coordinate system, so as to deduce the vehicle distance model proposed in this paper. Finally, the pixel area of the license plate in the image is obtained based on the model and the vehicle distance measurement experiment is completed. The experiment results demonstrate that the relative error of vehicle distance measurement is less than 7% and the precision can meet the application for vehicle’s safety assistance driving system.rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to improve the deficiencies of the conventional methods used to evaluate the mechanical properties of circuit breaker, a new circuit breaker diagnosis model based on sparse representation and M-ELM (Memetic-Extreme Learning Machine) is constructed. Auxiliary mark motion on the pull rod or shaft is recorded by a high speed camera when the circuit breaker is open or close. The motion trajectory is acquired through sparse representation and mechanical parameters, such as open and close velocity, are calculated according to the travel-time curve of the circuit breaker. With mechanical parameters characteristic values being inputs of M-ELM, fault of circuit breaker can be diagnosed. Abstract: To reduce the accumulated pose error of robots during the three-dimensional simultaneous localization and mapping, a global optimization method is proposed to improve the positioning accuracy and the quality of the map. This method, which is based on the visual odometry of the frame and frame registration model, adds the pose-constraints by closed-loop detection based on image matching.? ?Local loop is combined with random loop to improve the optimization efficiency. The general graph optimization algorithm is used to globally optimize the robot poses. A key-frame selection strategy is also proposed to decrease the consumption of the computing resources and memory footprint. Abstract: For the convenience of airport to publish the accurate information about flight status to passengers in time, estimating the service time of airport flight support is needed. Because the flight support service is a mixed procedure of job shop and fixed site, and has characteristics of time window constrains and resource demand difference, a model of flight support service procedure based on vehicle routing problem with time windows (VRPTW) was built. For the strong NP nature of vehicle routing problems, a two phase hybrid heuristic algorithm based on greedy algorithm and tabu search was proposed. It was applied to the actual operation data of a large domestic hub airport and the support service time estimation under the conditions of flight density change, vehicle number change and flight model change is achieved. In this paper,two different digital refocusing algorithms based on the microlens array light field camera (LFC) in spatial and frequency domain are presented. We study the influences of different domains, interpolation methods and sample radius in digital refocusing algorithm on image quality and computation speed. And we yield a tradeoff between image quality and time consumption in two domains. Abstract: In order to solve the problems of common inter-turn short circuit faults of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a corresponding motor fault model based on the existing basis of PMSM is established. The eigenvector is extracted by energy spectrum analysis. The penalty factor and RBF-kernel parameter of SVM are optimized by adaptive dynamic cat swarm optimization (ADACSO) algorithm. The optimized SVM is adopted to motor fault diagnosis. The eigenvector obtained by energy spectrum analysis is taken as sample data to conduct simulation experiment. Abstract: Defenses approach against DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) attacks is currently an important hot issues. We propose a new efficient defenses approach which adopts a detection system based on metadata analysis to identify the packages of DDoS attacks. The flow control rules are formed based on the summarized experience data. ACL (Access Control List) is applied through inline devices (firewalls and load balancers) or divider to limit rate, clean flow or drop package. 10Gbps bandwidth HTTP requests, which contain malicious DDoS attacks packages, can be detected and cleaned completely in line-rate speed. Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty and long cycle of R&D in mathematical modeling and aerodynamic parameters analysis during the process of loitering munition’s preliminary design and verification, the speediness prototype and integrated modeling method based on X-Plane is proposed. The loitering munition’s characteristics is analyzed. Meanwhile, the operation mechanisms of various simulation methods are summarized. The principle of X-Plane is also analyzed. Speediness prototype is realized through modeling, which is independent of the mathematical model and aerodynamic parameters. The airfoil and blade design are improved and special controls are implemented, such as mixing, parachute and folding wing. The aircraft design and controller performance are verified by the software in loop (SIL) simulation. Research result indicates that early speediness prototype design and verification of various aircrafts can be realized via the proposed method. Abstract: To solve the problem of balancing control of linear double inverted pendulum, fuzzy sliding mode control method based on linear adaptive QPSO tuning is presented. According to the coupling property of the linear double inverted pendulum system, decoupling is applied twice and? fuzzy sliding mode balancing controller is designed. The parameters of fuzzy sliding mode controller are determined by the linear adaptive quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm (LAQPSO). Linear double inverted pendulum balancing control simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the chattering phenomenon existing in the traditional sliding mode controller and improve the accuracy and rapidity of balancing control of linear double inverted pendulum system. 摘要:针对基于距离变换的骨架提取方法连通性不足的问题,提出了一种基于距离变换的蚁群搜索骨架提取方法。该方法根据距离变换及其梯度获得物体的潜在骨架点;通过控制物体边界曲线的多边形逼近误差,确定了对物体形状信息贡献程度不同的边界顶点,并将其凸顶点作为物体的骨架线端点,同时根据端点内角的大小排除了冗余骨架分支的端点;将距离变换的梯度、像素间的相似性和骨架线的走向三个因素设置启发式引导函数,并提出了用路径代价值来衡量搜索路径的优劣。实验结果证明,该方法获得的骨架线不但具有良好的连通性和多尺度条件可控性,而且减少了冗余骨架分支的产生,同时还可以克服一定边界噪声的影响。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract:Forsolving the poor connectivity problems of skeleton extraction method based on distance transform, ant colony search skeleton extraction method based on distance transform is proposed. The objects potential skeleton points are obtained according to the distance transform and its gradient.By controlling the polygon approximation errorofthe object boundary curve, the boundary vertices with different contribution to the object shape information are determined,and the convex vertices are takenas the endpoints of the object’sskeletonline.The endpoints of redundant skeleton branches are eliminated according to the inner angle size of the endpoint .The heuristic guidance function is determined by distance transformation gradient, pixel similarity and direction of the skeleton line synthetically, the value of the pathcostis proposed to evaluate the search path. The experiment results show that the method not only has good connectivity and multi-scale conditions controllability, but also reduces the redundant skeleton branches and overcomes the effects of boundary noise at the same time.rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

摘要:为准确地分割目标面积过小,目标和背景灰度值相近的多目标图像,提出一种基于统计曲线差分法的阈值分割算法。建立多目标灰度图像的山地模型,对图像灰度归一化处理。用等间隔的阈值逐一分割,计算连通区域个数。绘制统计曲线,曲线横坐标为等间隔的灰度级,纵坐标为计数结果。对统计曲线进行差分,差分值趋近于零的点,就是所要求得的阈值点。实验结果表明:与目前性能较优越的Otsu、最大熵阈值分割方法相比,所提出的方法在多目标图像分割效果准确性更高。rcuag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to accurately segment the multi-objective image whose objective area is too small, and the background gray value is similar to the objective, a threshold segmentation algorithm based on statistical curve difference method is proposed. The mountain model of multi-objective gray image is established and the gray image is normalized. The number of connected area is counted by threshold division. The statistical curve is plotted with the horizontal coordinate being the gray level with equal interval, and the vertical coordinate being the counting result. The threshold point is the point where the difference value of the statistical curve is close to zero.
