摘要:在计算机资源有限的条件下,开发人员通常需要凭借个人的经验对视景开发过程中涉及的实体、地形、物理场等三维模型表达的精细程度等因素进行组合优化,反复迭代的调试过程周期长,也难以很好地解决逼真性和实时性的矛盾。引入控制论思想,提出了由三维模型离散多分辨率绘制及表示、视景效果评估方法、智能优化组合等组成的三维视景半/全自动修正技术,提供了一种三维视景开发的辅助决策方法,并成功地应用于典型虚拟海战场视景生成中。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to enhance the visual simulation results, developers often need to combine and optimize the fine expression of the above entities, terrain and physical field by the individual experience under conditions of limited computer resources. The iterative process of debugging cycle is long, and it is difficult to solve the contradiction between good fidelity and real-time. So, cybernetics ideas, and proposes semi/fully automatic correction technology were introduced, which is composed of discrete multi-resolution representation of the three-dimensional model, assessment of visual effects and intelligent optimization, providing a decision support method for three-dimensional visual development. 摘要:针对面向高层辅助决策支持的军事分析仿真系统的高效运行和聚合建模特点,提出一种基于部分重同步机制的运动建模方法。研究了基于仲裁中间件的军事分析仿真系统运行框架(MABSF),为运动模型提供运动仲裁器。基于运动指令和典型传感器模型研究了部分重同步机制下简单移动和有感知交互移动时运动建模的方法,以及位置更新和同步的方式。研究表明,可以有效实现MABSF框架下基于部分重同步机制的运动建模,从而减小冗余位置更新和计算。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: An effective method of partial synchronization-based movement modeling was proposed according to the characteristics of running fast and aggregated modeling. A mediate–based ABS M&S framework was analyzed to provide movement mediator for movement modeling. The situations of simple movement and movement with sense interactions were investigated on the basis of movement directive and typical sensor models, and the movement models were built, and the updates and synchronizations of positions were analyzed. 摘要:为深化快速路瓶颈早发性失效的致因和演化过程分析,以上海市延安高架虹许路瓶颈点车辆轨迹数据为基础,建立了汇入区车辆换道动机模型,结果表明,模型分类预测精度可达到73%以上。标定了间隙接受模型和IDM跟驰模型,基于C++建立了仿真原型系统ORBSIM。仿真结果表明该系统能再现实际交通流运行特征以及早发性失效现象。该汇入模型经过进一步工程化,被整合应用于自主开发的微观仿真系统TESS NG,有效的对上海快速路不同情况的汇入行为进行精准的表征。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to analyze the causation and evolution process of early on-set breakdown at bottlenecks deeply, the lane changing motivation model was established based on the whole vehicles’ trajectory data at Hongxu Road on-ramp bottleneck in Shanghai China. The results show that prediction accuracy of the lane change motivation model is more than 73%. On this basis, the on-ramp microscopic traffic flow simulation proto type system ORBSIM was established with calibrated critical gap and IDM model in the C++ platform. The simulation results show that the ORBSIM can recur traffic flow characteristics and early on-set breakdown phenomenon. For further engineering using, this model was developed and integrated in micro simulation system TESS NG, and the results show that the model can simulate the merging behavior more effective at urban expressway on-ramp in different traffic situations in China.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: Simulation is a significant method of emergency management research which demands the digital data of real scenes. Hardware was integrated to design the air borne point cloud data acquisition platform by using UAV as carrier, picking up the laser radar, IMU, etc. Furthermore, the platform was used to collect point cloud data and SLAM algorithm was used to establish real-time point cloud map. Moreover, point cloud map was utilized to establish 3D model. 摘要:针对RFID定位系统中,传统的LANDMARC定位算法定位精度不高且需要布置大量参考标签的问题,提出了一种基于牛顿插值和差分进化改进灰狼优化支持向量回归机(Newton-HGWOSVR)的定位算法。该算法采用高斯滤波对参考标签的采样数据进行预处理;通过牛顿插值法对其它位置的信号强度进行估值来扩充信号数据库;通过HGWOSVR构建物理位置和信号接收强度值之间的非线性关系来完成定位。实验结果表明,该算法提升了室内定位的精度,并且能减少布置参考标签的工作量,提高了室内定位方法的工作效率。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: Since the traditional LANDMARC location algorithms have poor positioning accuracy and cost laborious efforts to decorate reference tags in the RFID positioning system, a novel positioning algorithm proposed is based on the Newton interpolation method and support vector regression optimized by hybridizing grey wolf optimization with differential evolution (HGWOSVR). By using the proposed algorithm, Gaussian filter was used to deal with the sampling data of the reference tags.Newton interpolation method was adopted to estimate the RSS value of other reference tags to expand database. The HGWOSVR algorithm was employed to build the nonlinear relationship between the RSS value of reference tags and their locations to predict the positioned tags. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm performs better in terms of positioning accuracy, and reduces the workload of decorating reference tags, which improves working efficiency of the indoor location positioning method.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

摘要:针对某600 MW超临界墙式切圆锅炉的配风方式选型和低氮排放等燃烧优化方案的研究,提出一种应用计算流体动力学进行建模与仿真的方法,通过CAD软件绘制锅炉的三维网格模型,确定锅炉燃烧的湍流模型、辐射模型以及燃烧器入口边界条件,完成锅炉燃烧仿真实验。仿真实验结果表明:对比4配风工况及不同燃尽风、附加风风率工况下炉内速度场、温度场和氮氧化物生成量的变化,发现正宝塔式配风方式为该锅炉最佳配风方式,同时得出锅炉低氮燃烧的最佳风量组合。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: To research the combustion optimization scheme of air distribution type selection and low nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission in a 600MW supercritical wall arrangement tangential circle boiler, a modeling and simulating method which applied computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was proposed, the 3D grid model of the boiler is drawn by CAD software, the turbulence model, the radiation model and the inlet boundary condition of the boiler were determined, the boiler combustion simulation experiment was completed. Abstract: To improve overall efficiency for all travelers of artery system, a real-time arterial coordination traffic signal control model was proposed. The model not only satisfied minimum per capita delay for all travelers on motor vehicles, but also selected effective green time and phase difference as the optimized parameters. The model of vehicle head delay and team tail delay was established based on traffic wave theory. The vehicle delay model for bus and social vehicles was developed in light of different occupancy rates, besides, the per capita delay could be obtained by introducing it. The results show that the overall average stop frequency and average speeds of artery are significantly improved. Abstract: For the deficiency of traditional techniques of emitter signal feature extraction which heavily rely on experience, a model of radar emitting signal identification based on feature self-learning was proposed. This model consists of following 2 parts. Firstly, transform radar signal into frequency domain, then reduce signal dimension by using improved Piecewise Aggregate Approximation (PAA) method. Secondly, create the model of multi-layer Liner Denoiser (LIDE) to feature learning by using unsupervised training method. 摘要:低信噪比环境下语音的端点检测在语音处理中占有十分重要的地位。对于一个受到加性噪声污染的语音信号通常采用滤波的方式,能够抑制噪声,并使原始语音保持相对不变。提出了一种基于最小均方误差(LMS)自适应滤波减噪与改进的双门限语音端点检测算法,在进行双参数双门限法端点检测的前后进行双重中值滤波平滑处理。通过Matlab仿真,将提出的语音端点检测方法与其它的方法进行对比,在信噪比较低的噪声环境下使得语音的端点检测效果具有更优的准确率与稳健性。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: Endpoint detection of speech in low signal-to-noise ratio plays a very important role in voice processing. For a speech signal that is polluted by additive noise, it is possible to suppress the noise and keep the original speech relatively constant. A dual-threshold speech endpoint detection algorithm was proposed based on the least mean squares error (LMS) adaptive filtering. Dual median filtering smoothing was performed before and after double-parameter double-threshold detection. Through the Matlab simulation, the speech endpoint detection method was compared with other methods. Abstract: A new method to recognize phased array radar in different work modes was proposed based on multi-level modeling combined with Marginalized Stacked Denoising Auto-encoder. In order to analyze the change law of pulses intercepted by surveillance radar, multi-level modeling was proposed to model the pulses at pulse level, pulse group level and work mode level. Marginalized stacked denoising auto-encoder was trained to extract amplitude characteristics at the work mode level. SVM (Support Vector Machine) was added to the top of deep network to realize work mode identification of phased array radar. Qualitative experiments show that the new method is able to extract essential characteristics of the input with its accuracy over 95%, which provides a new idea for mode identification of phased array radar.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: It is a difficult issue to design metrics of measure of the OSOS capabilities, which are emergent properties of OSOS. The concept of the OODA loop robustness was proposed and it was closely related to the overall capabilities of OSOS. A new method to measure the OODA loop robustness was discussed. The OSOS combat network mode was established l. Based on the weighted network, the Perron-Frobenius Eigenvalue (PFE) of the adjacency matrix of the network was used to measure the OODA loop robustness. Abstract: Mesh saliency is an important geometrical characteristic of 3D mesh model and has been applied in many applications. Inspired by the existing algorithms, a novel multi-scale saliency detection method based on local patch weighted curvature entropy was proposed. A local coordinate system and curvature value of each vertex was estimated. An improved adaptive patch was defined on the tangent plane using accumulated volume of neighborhood. Furthermore, deviation of the patch of each vertex to their neighborhood was defined as the weight of curvature value. The Shannon entropy of weighted curvature values of neighbor vertices within a sphere centered at each vertex was defined as their saliency scores. Abstract: Due to the discrete event system with some characteristics like unfixed operation process, flexible entity state and other issues, a comprehensive validation method for discrete event simulation model based on qualitative and quantitative analysis was proposed. The evaluation index system was composed of four aspects that are the consistency of simulation results, logic correctness of events occurrence sequence, consistency of condition events occurrence probability and consistency of activity execution time respectively. A qualitative and quantitative calculation method for the bottom evaluation indexes was proposed. The qualitative analysis method was used to validate logic correctness of events occurrence sequence and the quantitative analysis methods including hypothesis test and vector similarity analysis were used to validate the other bottom indicators. 摘要:实际路面图像因噪声成分复杂、覆盖面广,给检测裂缝造成难度。针对路面病害中裂缝图像自身的特征,提出了一种裂缝自动检测算法。该算法首先使用灰度矫正和滤波处理对裂缝图像进行预处理,然后结合最大类间方差法和Canny算子对病害图像进行边缘检测,再基于裂缝图像中裂缝的最大连通性提出了一种检测定位和精确分割算法,最后利用卷积神经网络算法对路面裂缝分类识别。实验结果表明,该方法在路面裂缝检测效率上具有更大的优势,而且对于不同类型的裂缝图像都具有鲁棒性。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: The complexity of noises covers a wide area of actual road images which causes that it is difficult to detect cracks. An automatic pavement crack detection algorithm was proposed in view of the characteristics of crack image in pavement disease. Gray-scale correction and filtering was used to preprocess the crack image. The maximum interclass variance method and Canny operator were used to detect the edge of the disease image, and then the localization and accurate segmentation algorithm was proposed for the crack image based on the maximum connectivity of the crack in the fracture image. The convolution neural network algorithm was used to recognize the pavement cracks. The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to other advanced algorithms on the crack detection efficiency, and robust to the different types of crack images.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: A navigation system based on vision was designed to solve the problem of using complex equipment to assist the real-time tracking of surgical instruments because of low registration of 3D in the existing surgical navigation system. Face point cloud was reconstructed in the patient’s space by using the sinusoidal structured light; From rough to precise registration, patient space and model space were made by using facial feature; The three dimensional coordinates of the marker points on surgical instruments was restored by using continuous corner detection algorithm, binocular stereo vision principle and Kalman filter algorithm to obtain accurate position of surgical instruments. The experiments show that the surgical navigation system based on vision can achieve the requirements of accurate, stable, real-time tracking of surgical instruments.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

摘要:传统方法将车标定位与识别分开进行,定位的误差将会给后续的识别带来影响,并且车标图像具有低分辨率、低质量的特点。提出了一种新颖的车标定位和识别有机整合的方法通过稀疏取样对样本图像进行取点采样,将点集分为邻近点集和非邻近点集,分别对其提取梯度特征和明暗特征,构建特征库,对车标粗定位区域进行多尺度扫描。实验结果表明,该方法在车标检测识别效率方面具有更大的优势,而且对于不同类型的车标图像都具有鲁棒性。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: The vehicle logo location and recognition are separated in the traditional method, the location errors will affect the subsequent recognition, at the same time the vehicle logo images are with low resolution and poor quality. Thus, a novel method was proposed which integrated the vehicle logo location and recognition organically. The sample images were sampled by sparse sampling, and then the point set was divided into adjacent point set and non adjacent point set, and the gradient feature and light and dark feature were extracted respectively, constructing the feature library. The logo coarse location area was multi-scale scanned. The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to other advanced algorithms on the vehicle detection and recognition efficiency, and robust to the different types of logo images.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: The local low-thrust trajectory optimization problem in interplanetary flight was obtained with pseudo spectral method. The dynamic equations of the low-thrust orbit and the design ideas of the indirect method to solve the low-thrust trajectory were introduced. How to use the pseudospectral method to solve the trajectory optimization problem was given. The GPOPS solver (General Pseudospectral Optimal Control Software) was used to design the optimal low-thrust orbit, and the performance indexes of designing the low-thrust orbit are chosen as time-optimal, fuel-optimal and energy-optimal condition. The GPOPS solver was used to obtain the initial values of the costate variables which were used to solve the local orbit optimization with indirect method. The comparison between the optimal trajectories solved by the direct and indirect methods was obtained, which proves the feasibility of the GPOPS solver to solve the local orbit optimization problem in interplanetary flight.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In recent years, with strong robustness to fast irregular motion, the method of human motion representation based on dense trajectories has been used more and more in the field of behavior recognition. However, the relative motion of the background caused by the motion of the camera has a great influence on the extraction of the trajectories. In order to estimate the camera motion, the speed up robust feature (SURF) descriptor was used to match the feature points of each frame. Since the human motion and the camera motion were not same, human detection was added to remove inconsistent matches. Finally, multi instance learning (MIL) was used to classify and recognize the behavior. Abstract: The traditional design process of large-scale 3D scene is cumbersome and lengthy and fail to provide ideal scene rendering effect. Aiming at this problem, a feedback mechanism based combinatorial optimization of level of detail (LOD) model for large-scale 3D scene was proposed. Through analyzing the influence of observation distance, moving speed and other factors on visual perception, the mathematical model of visual sensitivity was established. By the frame rate and visualization effect feedback, invoking the model level selection criterion to adjust the model’s LOD level, and eventually an optimal scene model combination solution could be obtained. Abstract: The high order inertial transfer functions were used to approximate the distribution parameter model. Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of flexible job shop scheduling problem, a multi-objective scheduling model with maximum completion time and minimum energy consumption was proposed. An improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm was developed. By designing the local updating strategy based on crossover operation of maximum preserved crossover (MPX) and shifting operation of single parent gene algorithm (PGA), it avoided the illegal solution and trimming of the algorithm. Additionally, it accelerated optimization rate of the algorithm. And the optimal solution of the group was optimized by the simplified neighborhood optimization strategy to prevent the algorithm from falling into the local optimum. Then, by solving an example of an enterprise production workshop, scheduling schemes under different weights were obtained. 摘要:化工园区污染气体扩散的实时预测对于大气污染事故的应急管理具有重要意义。由于大气扩散模型中源项参数的未知以及输入参数的误差,传统的大气扩散仿真精度有限。因此提出了一种基于源项估计与粒子滤波的污染气体扩散数据驱动仿真方法。基于源项估计获取的源项参数,利用粒子滤波将无人机观测气体浓度数据实时注入扩散模型中以校正系统状态,获取更为准确的预测结果。实验表明,相比传统仿真方法更准确地预测了气体浓度分布,为应急处置提供有力的数据支撑。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: The real-time prediction of the air contaminant dispersion in chemical industry park is important to the emergency management of air pollution accident. Due to the unknown source terms and the error of input parameters in the atmospheric dispersion model, the accuracy of traditional simulation is limited. A data driven atmospheric dispersion simulation based on source estimation and particle filter was proposed. Based on the results of the source estimation, particle filter was applied to assimilate the UAV observation into the dispersion model in real time to calibrate the system state and obtain more accurate prediction results. Abstract: For the purpose of improving the speed regulation of permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) under disturbances and uncertainties, a nonlinear control algorithm based on nonsingular terminal sliding mode control method (NTSMC) was proposed. A speed tracking controller was presented by introducing a nonsingular terminal sliding mode manifold, which could not only solve the singularity problem but also make the manifold converge to zero in finite time. For the sake of reducing chattering phenomenon caused by discontinuous switching term, which usually contained sign function, a hyperbolic tangent function was utilized accounting for its continuity. Compared with the PI control method, the proposed scheme shows better robustness to torque disturbance as well as parameter variations. Numerical simulation verifies the tracking performance of proposed scheme. Abstract: Spatial cluster detection is widely used for disease surveillance, prevention and containment. In the early stages of illness, epidemics have similar symptoms to common diseases, making infectious disease data processing and analysis difficult. The Agent based modeling and simulation was used to generate H1N1 influenza data in Beijing. By designing a set of experiments, the epidemic monitoring results of two spatial clustering algorithms were analyzed. The idea of Analytic Hierarchy Model was used to improve the entropy method. So the improved entropy method could evaluate the discrete manufacturing system more scientifically. Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of complexity, constraint in discrete manufacturing workshop, in order to minimize the total energy consumption of the workshop as the target, discrete knowledge pigeons algorithm was proposed to solve discrete workshop energy efficiency optimization. In this algorithm, parameter knowledge was introduced into the optimization process to balance local search and global search, and the convergence and optimization ability of the algorithm were improved. The discrete process was added to the pigeons algorithm, which not only preserved the convergence and optimization ability of the algorithm, but also made the algorithm capable of dealing with discrete problems. Through the test of concrete examples, the particle swarm optimization, genetic algorithm and pigeons algorithm results were compared and analyzed, the pigeons algorithm in convergence and optimization ability is superior to the other two algorithms, which verifies the rationality and validity of the algorithm.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: There are many problems in current detection methods such as conditional limitations and complexity of calculation which make them not easy to be put into practical application. The relationship between the servo motor information and the failure of the control surface was analyzed, and a method of detecting the failure rate of the control surface by using the servo current information in combination with the aerodynamic model was proposed. The result of its hardware-in-the-loop simulation shows that the detection system can quickly and accurately output the failure rate within 1 second which is a conservative estimate. Abstract: According to the characteristics of power system, an model of dynamic economic load dispatch based on multiple fuel resources and 24-hour forecasting load demand was established, and a particle swarm optimizer using multi-information characteristics of all personal-best information was proposed to solve it. In the algorithm, centroid position and median position were defined, and then the personal-best position, centroid position and median position was developed to modify the velocity update formula. The algorithm could reduce the premature phenomenon for solving complex optimization problems, and it could make effectively solve dynamic economic load dispatch. Abstract: In order to solve the problem of uneven load and energy consumption under disturbance, a flexible job shop scheduling model with average flow time and energy consumption was constructed. Aiming at the above model, a genetic and simulated annealing algorithm (GASA) was designed, which is based on the genetic algorithm and the simulated annealing algorithm. A new group of individuals were generated by genetic algorithm. And then the individual simulated the annealing process, in order to avoid falling into the local optimal. Aiming at the dynamic flexible job shop scheduling problem, the rolling window technique and GASA algorithm were combined and applied in the case of machine disturbance. Abstract: An overload tracking model was established, based on the traditional model of BTT (Bank-to-Turn) missile, and an ADRDC (active disturbance rejection decoupling controller) was designed because of the strong coupling problem in this model. For the coupled channel, the decoupling was performed by the ADRDC, and then the NTSMC (non-singular terminal sliding mode controller) was added. For the non-coupled channel, only the NTSMC was designed. The experimental results show that the new control strategy can combine the strong robustness of ADRDC with the finite time convergence ability of NTSMC. Abstract: Due to the characteristics of long time-consuming, energy consumption and high concentration in rubber tire vulcanization process, which is the tire production process bottlenecks process, a discrete distribution estimation algorithm (EDA) was proposed to solve the problem of vulcanization shop scheduling optimization with minimum maximum completion time as the optimization target. The algorithm was tested by different examples, and it was compared with the genetic algorithm and the harmony search algorithm. The experimental results show that the EDA algorithm is superior to the genetic algorithm and the harmony search algorithm in the quality of the solution and convergence speed, and it verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm in solving the vulcanization shop scheduling problem.XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

摘要:为了准确有效提取滚动轴承振动信号中最优的故障信息,判断出滚动轴承故障的类型,提出了一种基于正交匹配追踪算法和优化小波核极限学习机的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。运用正交匹配追踪算法对轴承振动信号进行降噪处理,对去噪后的信号进行小波包分解求取频带能量提取故障特征。采用基于冯诺依曼拓扑结构鲸鱼算法(Whale Optimization Algorithm, WOA)来优化WKELM的惩罚因子和核函数的参数,构造滚动轴承故障分类器模型。实验结果表明,该方法能有效提取滚动轴承故障特征信息,具有较高的诊断精度。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

Abstract: In order to recognize rolling bearing’s fault types accurately according to the optimal characteristics of fault vibration signal of rolling bearing, a rolling bearing fault diagnosis method was proposed based on orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm and the optimized wavelet kernel extreme learning machine method. The OMP algorithm was used to de-noising the vibration signal of the bearing. The wavelet packet decomposition of the signal after de-noising was used to obtain the frequency band energy, and the fault characteristics were extracted. By using an improved whale optimization algorithm based on von-neumann, the penalty factor and kernel parameter of wavelet kernel extreme learning machine were optimized to design a classifier of rolling bearing’s fault types. Abstract: Advanced dynamic traffic assignment (DTA) system can be utilized to mitigate traffic congestion. Therefore, the calibration of DTA parameters is becoming increasingly significant in traffic research area. Based on extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) algorithms, a case study for the off-line calibration of DTA was proposed using the microscopic traffic simulation system of FlowSIM. Experiments with a synthetic network validate the effectiveness of the two solutions, and the UKF shows better accuracy than the EKF algorithm. Abstract: The use of bayesian network model for threat assessment is a relatively new quantitative analysis method. The hierarchical bayesian network model was applied to aircraft carrier formation to assess submarine formation threat for the first time, which also assessed the threat level of the submarine formation, to achieve the purpose of assisting decision-making for aircraft carrier formation commanders in anti-submarine warfare. The hierarchical bayesian network model was described. The causes and the mechanism of the aircraft carrier formation from the underwater target threat, integrated force data, institutional experts and information were analyzed. A reliable aircraft carrier formation hierarchical bayesian network was established. 摘要:随着智慧制造的深入推进,生产物流自动化程度日益提高,AGV(automated guided vehicle)作为自动化系统中不可或缺的设备,合理设计其充电系统至关重要。针对AGV实际规划过程中在线充电站点具体位置的选择难题,利用FlexSim软件基于实际装配生产车间的运作要求建立了仿真模型。通过大量仿真实验,得到在随机需求影响下AGV在不同线路中停留时间最长的位置,通过比较该位置作为在线充站点嵌入前后运行空闲时间和堵塞时间的占比情况,得到空闲时间和堵塞时间均增加的结果,证明选择该点作为在线充电站点的适用性。XFkag8879环亚手机|首页主页

AGV (automated guided vehicle) as a necessary device in the automation system, it is important to design its charging system. Aiming at the problem of the site selection of online charging, the software FlexSim was used to build simulation model, based on the operation requirements of an actual assembly shop, in an actual planning process. Through a large number of simulation experiments, the maximum stay location of AGV in the different lines was obtained under the influence of random factors.
