基于Hermite矩阵求逆的LSSVM在线预测算法研究

摘要:为预测某导弹陀螺漂移趋势,以该陀螺漂移角速度时间序列为对象,建立基于最小二乘支持向量机的非线性时间预测模型提出了一种基于Hermite矩阵求逆引理的在线更新算法。介绍最小二乘支持向量机及其在线算法,针对在线更新时存在复杂的矩阵求逆运算,结合核扩展矩阵为实对称矩阵的特点,利用Hermite矩阵求逆引理递推求取核扩展矩阵。某导弹实测的陀螺漂移数据预测应用研究表明,模型在线更新的过程中,该算法能充分利用历史的训练结果和核扩展矩阵的特点来减小模型计算复杂度,运算速度快、预测精度高。

Research on Online LSSVM Prediction Based on Hermite Matrix Inversion

Abstract:For forecasting the gyro drift tendency of a missile, a prediction model based on LSSVM was established taking the time series of gyro’s drift as study object, and an online algorithm for nonlinear system based on hermite matrix inversion was proposed. The mathematical model of regression LSSVM, and online learning algorithm were introduced. Based on the characteristic that the reproducing kernel matrix is Hermite and positive definite, a new online learning algorithm was proposed by matrix block-inversion. The algorithm was applied to prediction research on real gyro drift data of certain missile. The experiment results show that the algorithm fully utilizes the historical training results, reduces storage space and calculate, has a fast operation speed and a high prediction precision.

存在目标交叉情形的扩展目标跟踪算法

摘要:扩展目标跟踪过程中,若出现目标交叉,直接采用扩展目标高斯混合概率假设密度滤波算法会出现目标漏估计。针对该问题,提出了一种改进算法。计算每一时刻跟踪到的目标间的欧式距离,以此判定目标是否处于临近区域。在下一时刻,若临近区域内跟踪到的目标数目突然变少,则对临近区域内目标对应的高斯分量权值进行补偿;否则看作是正常的目标消亡现象,不作处理。使用处理后的高斯分量进行目标估计和跟踪。改进算法解决了因量测集分布紧密而被划分到同一个子集带来的目标数目漏估计的问题。仿真实验结果表明了改进算法的精确性与有效性。

Extended Target Tracking in Presence of Target Crossing

Abstract: In the process of extended target tracking, if there are some crossing targets, target missing problem in target estimation will appear when the extended target Gaussian mixture probability hypothesis density filter is used directly. Aiming at this problem, an improved algorithm was proposed. Euclidean distances among targets estimated were calculated at each time, and then these targets were distinguished if they were in an adjacent region or not. In the next time step, Gaussian components weights of the targets in the same adjacent region were compensated if the target number estimated became small; otherwise, there was nothing to do. These Gaussian components were applied to estimate and track the targets. The improved algorithm solved the estimated target missing problem when the extended targets were so close with partitioning into the same subset. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm is accuracy and effective.

多元逐步与概率混合回归法在霾预报中的应用

摘要:针对目前霾预报模型较少,预报准确率低等缺点,将统计预报与数值预报相结合,提出了基于多元逐步回归算法与概率混合回归的霾预报方法。利用多元逐步回归法控制影响因变量的物理因子,建立能见度预报方程,利用概率回归结合能见度、相对湿度等物理参量建立基于二值变量的霾预报模型。实验结果表明,与现有业务上主要运行的雾霾数值预报系统CUACE相比,提出的混合回归预报算法的预报准确率得到了显着提高。

Abstract: Aiming at the less models available and poor prediction performance of current haze forecasting, combining statistical forecast and numerical prediction, a new haze prediction model was proposed based on hybrid stepwise multivariable and probability regression. Multivariable stepwise regression was used to control physical factors which influenced depending variable and the equation for atmosphere visibility wasgenerated. A haze prediction model based on binary variables was established using probability regression combined with factors like visibility and relative humidity. Experimental results have proved that compared with the existing CUACE, which is one of the main digital haze forecasting system, the accuracy using the hybrid regression forecasting model suggested is obviously higher.

基于禁忌搜索的双链DNA计算小波盲均衡算法

摘要:针对小波盲均衡算法收敛速度较慢、稳态误差较大,易陷入局部最优解的缺点,提出了一种基于禁忌搜索策略的自适应双链DNA遗传优化小波盲均衡算法。将DNA种群初始化为双链的形式,进而选择出适应度值大的单链DNA序列作为种群个体的代表链;在交叉操作过程中,将禁忌搜索策略引入到交叉操作中,避免了迂回搜索,保证了对不同有效路径的搜索,跳出了局部最优;采用动态交叉概率提高了收敛速度,克服了DNA遗传算法早熟收敛的缺点。仿真结果表明:该算法具有更快的收敛速度和更低的均方误差。

Abstract: Aiming at disadvantages of orthogonal wavelet transform constant modulus blind equalization algorithm (WTCMA), such as slower convergence rate, larger mean square error, and immerging in partial minimum easily, an orthogonal wavelet transform blind equalization algorithm based on Tabu search strategy and adaptive double-stranded DNA genetic algorithm (TD-DNAGA-WTCMA) was proposed. DNA populations were initialized by using double-stranded DNA form, to select the single-stranded DNA sequences whose fitness value are largest as the representative strands of the double-stranded individuals. In order to ensure different paths which ccould be searched and escaped from local optimum, Tabu search strategy was introduced into crossover operations. The dynamic probability of crossover operations was used to speed up the convergence rate and overcome the shortcoming of premature convergence. Computer simulations show that the proposed algorithm has faster convergence speed and smaller mean square error.

基于T_S模糊辨识的油液真空脱水效率研究

摘要:油液真空脱水过程具有时变和非线性的特点,很难用精确的数学模型表示,因而建立基于模糊C均值聚类算法和递推最小二乘法的T_S模糊模型对滤油机的真空脱水效率进行辨识,运用T_S模糊模型建立了初始含水率、真空压力、初始温度和运行时间四个影响因子到真空脱水效率的非线性映射。仿真与实验结果表明,所建T_S模糊模型反映了初始含水率对脱水率的影响较大,真空压力和温度对脱水率呈单调变化的趋势,运行时间存在一个较优值等规律,其具有较好的学习能力,在辨识真空脱水中效果较好。

Study on Vacuum Dehydration Rate from Oil Based on T_S Fuzzy Identifying Model

Abstract: The process of vacuum dehydration from oil is time-varying, nonlinear, and difficult to be specified with mathematical methods. Takagi-Sugeno (T_S) fuzzy model of vacuum dehydration rate of oil purifier is proposed, which a method of applying Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering algorithm and using the least square method identifying the consequent parameters. The nonlinear mapping is set up from four influence factors (the initial water content, the vacuum pressure , the initial temperature and running time) to vacuum dehydration rate using the T_S fuzzy model. The simulation and experimental results show the T_S model reflects the laws of the influences of initial moisture content on dehydration rate is larger, running time is a more optimal value, there is a monotonous variation trend of the influences of vacuum pressure and temperature on dehydration rate, and the model has preferable learning capabilities, which performs effectively in predicting vacuum dehydration rate

两级学习目标的幂函数型神经网络建模

摘要:为了得到泛化性好精度高的数学模型,提出了两级学习目标频分幂函数型回归神经网络算法。本算法的网络结构依次为频带分解、输入层、隐含层和输出层。频带分解把输入信号分成数个频段,网络隐层的转移函数是幂函数型。输出层和隐含层都有学习目标,有局部和全局两路反馈;隐含层采用了基于矢量夹角的局部性梯度算法、输出层采用了具有全局性的线性回归算法。本算法的模型用于PID参数整定,先用修正的迭代学习算法得到控制量,再用有约束线性最小二乘优化算法求得PID参数。仿真结果表明,该神经网络泛化性好,精度高,调节品质优于传统整定方法。

Two Grade Learning Goal Neural Network Modeling with Power Activation Function

Abstract: In order to obtain the very generalized and accurater mathematic model, a regression neural network algorithm with frequency decomposition power function and two grade learning objectives was proposed. The network structure is divided into frequency decomposition, input layer, hidden layer and output layer. The input signal is decomposed into several frequency range and sent to the hidden layer. The transfer function of hidden layer is power function. The hidden layer and output layer have learning objectives respectively, and the neural network has local and globe feedback. The hidden layer adopts the local gradient algorithm based on vector angle and the output layer uses the global linear regression algorithm. The neural network model was used to adjust the PID parameters of control system; the controlled variable was achieved by modified iterative learning algorithm, then the PID parameters were turned by constrained linear least squares algorithm. Simulation shows that the neural network model is generalized and accurate; the quality of control system is excellent than traditional turned methods.

基于IMM-UKF-CS的混合环境目标跟踪

摘要:针对视距(Line of SightLOS)和非视距(None-Line of SightNLOS)混合环境机动目标跟踪问题,提出一种基于当前统计模型(current statistical, CS)和无迹卡尔曼滤波(unscented Kalman filter, UKF)的交互式多模型方法(IMM-UKF-CS)。该方法在交互式多模型的框架内,利用CS在机动目标跟踪方面的优势,并选择具有较高跟踪精度且计算代价较低的UKF作为子滤波器。仿真结果表明:在LOS/NLOS混合环境中,IMM-UKF-CS具有较高的跟踪精度、较强的鲁棒性及较低的时间代价,具有良好的应用价值。

Target Tracking in Hybrid Environment Based on IMM-UKF-CS

Abstract: To attack the maneuvering target tracking problem in LOS/NLOS hybrid environments, an interacting multiple model (IMM) tracking algorithm based on "current" statistical (CS) model and unscented Kalman filter (UKF) was proposed (IMM-UKF-CS). In the framework of IMM, it took advantage of CS in maneuvering target tracking and chose UKF as the sub-filter for the high positioning accuracy and low computational cost. Simulation results show that IMM-UKF-CS possesses higher tracking accuracy, better robustness and lower time cost, which promises for maneuver target tracking in LOS/NLOS hybrid environments.

基于Kriging近似建模的某越野车悬架多目标优化

摘要:以东风某越野车为样车,利用多学科优化软件iSIGHT集成ADAMS/Car,建立了独立悬架运动学仿真集成流程,提出了同时考虑悬架轮跳时定位参数变化量与变化趋势要求的悬架优化目标,并通过DOE分析与NSGA-II遗传算法实现了悬架多目标优化。为提高优化效率,利用Kriging方法建立了高精度的近似模型进行优化。结果表明:优化后两种模型的仿真曲线都向目标特性曲线靠近,优化效果良好;且采用Kriging近似模型计算速度得到极大提高。基于近似建模方法,通过多目标遗传算法和仿真集成技术,可大大提高系统设计的效率。

Based on Kriging Approximate Modeling

Abstract: Based on a Dongfeng off-road vehicle, the kinetic simulating and integrating process of the independent suspension assembly was established by integrating the multidisciplinary optimization software iSIGHT and ADAMS/Car. The optimal objective considered the variation quantity and tendency of the suspension alignment parameters as the wheels traveling was proposed, and the multi-objective optimization of the suspension was achieved by applying the DOE analysis and NSGA-II genetic algorithm. To enhance the optimal efficiency, a high-precision approximate model was established based on Kriging approximate modeling method. The results suggest both the simulating curves of two models are closing to the objective character curves after the optimizing, and the optimization results are also good. And that when using the Kriging approximate model to do the optimization, the calculating rate can be improved greatly. Based on approximate modeling method, and by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm, the simulating and integrating technology, the design efficiency of the system can be enhanced greatly.

摘要:针对多源、海量局部放电(Partial Discharge,PD)信号的放电脉冲提取问题,提出了一种基于消息传递接口(Message Passing Interface,MPI)的并行化方法。该方法采用管理者-工人-写者模式,由管理者动态分配任务,工人负责业务计算并由写者回收计算结果,将数据管理和任务执行分离。此外,由管理者辨别信号来源并发送给工人作为数据文件解析和算法参数设置的依据,能够解决多源异构信号处理问题。实验结果表明所提方法高效可行,且具有良好的加速比,脉冲提取准确率达90%以上,满足工程应用需求。

Parallel Method for Extracting Pulses
from Multi-source Massive Partial Discharge Signals

Abstract: Aiming at the issue of discharge pulse extraction for multi-source and massive PD signals, a novel parallel method based on Message Passing Interface was proposed. The proposed method applied a parallel mode called manager-worker-writer. In this method, a manager dynamically assigned task to several workers, and these workers executed tasks in parallel and a writer received results from workers in real time, so data management was separated from task execution. In addition, the manager identified sources of PD signals and sent them to workers as the keys for analyzing different data files and setting algorithm parameters, so multi-source and heterogeneous PD signals can be processed in parallel. Experimental results show that the proposed parallel method is efficient, feasible and possesses good speed-up ratio. It achieves total extraction accuracy of above 90%, which can satisfy most engineering applications.

玉米果穗动力接触的有限元分析

摘要:根据玉米果穗的组砌规律,在建立玉米果穗几何模型与有限元计算模型的基础上,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对玉米果穗在楔形冲击头作用下动力接触过程中应力分布及传递过程进行了分析。结果表明:玉米果穗受冲击部位籽粒等效应力较大,冲头初接触时等效应力集中分布于受冲果穗籽粒两侧,随冲头下降,等效应力由受冲部位向两侧传递,果柄由受冲部位横向沿籽粒组砌规律顺序断裂,等效应力分布较初始接触时分散。经模型计算和试验结果相比较,得出玉米果穗受冲击的宏观籽粒离散特性和离散方向与模拟结果相吻合,籽粒离散与应力传递是沿果穗籽粒组砌规律进行。

Analysis of Finite Element Method on Dynamic Contact of Corn Ear

Abstract:According to the arrangement law of corn ear kernels, the solid model and the finite element model of the corn ear were established. ANSYS LS-DYNA software was used to analyze the distribution and transmission of stress on the corn ear shocked by wedge impact head. The simulation shows that on the corn ear the Von Mises of the region which is shocked is bigger than other region. Initial phase of the impact head shocking the corn ear, the Von Mises concentrate on both sides of shocked corn kernels. With the falling of the impact head, the Von Mises transmit to both sides of shocked corn kernels further and the stalk of corn was broken sequentially to the both sides of shocked corn kernel and the Von Mises was not so concentrated as before. It is found that the discrete features and the discrete direction of the shocked kernels are consistent with the simulated results by comparing the model calculation and the test results. The discrete of kernels and the transmission of Von Mises is along with the arrangement law of corn ear.

混合动力汽车冷起动TWC动力学模型仿真研究

摘要:为降低汽油机冷起动阶段的排放,探究冷起动时因气缸内温度低而产生的缝隙效应、湿壁效应,以及油膜在壁面的吸附、释放和不完全燃烧等因素对碳氢排放的影响,考虑催化器涂层对氧气储存和释放对氧浓度产生的影响,在NEDC工况下对由集总参数法建立的TWC(Three-Way Catalyst)动力学模型进行仿真研究,获得气体进出TWC的温度、排放成分的量以及对应转化效率的变化曲线;并分别对O2流量为0.2 g/s0.4 g/s0.6 g/s时的HCCO的转化效率进行分析,结果表明O2流量为0.6 g/s时HC、CO的转化率0.2 g/s时提高了近20%,验证了模型的准确性和先进性,为能量管理控制策略的深入研究提供了理论依据。

During Cold Starting for Hybrid Electric Vehicle

Abstract: To reduce the emissions for gasoline engine during cold starting, the influences of crevice effect, wet wall effect because of the low cylinder temperature, adsorption/desorption of cylinder oil film and incomplete combustion on the HC emissions were analyzed. Moreover, the influences of the storage and release of oxygen on effective oxygen concentration were considered. The three-way catalytic (TWC) model was established with the lumped parameter method and analyzed under NEDC cycle. The temperature of exhaust gas getting in and out of the catalytic converter, the quantity and the efficiency curve of emissions were obtained. Furthermore, the conversion efficiency of HC and CO at oxygen flow rate of 0.2 g/s, 0.4 g/s, 0.6 g/s were analyzed respectively. The results show that the HC and CO conversion efficiency is improved nearly 20% under 0.6 g/s oxygen flow rate compared to 0.2 g/s oxygen flow rate. It proves that the accuracy and advancement of the model, and provides a theoretical basis for further optimization of the vehicle energy management control strategy.

弓网电弧电磁辐射噪声仿真研究

摘要:弓网系统电磁噪声不但危害行车安全,而且对铁路沿线的通讯和周边居民的健康产生不利影响。通过研究弓网电磁噪声的辐射特性,为抑制其辐射强度提供理论基础。建立了弓网系统离线电弧的Matlab仿真模型,通过仿真得出电弧的放电特性和频谱范围。利用有限元分析软件对弓网电弧放电的典型频率进行仿真分析,得出弓网电弧的典型频率的远场和近场特性。仿真结果表明:弓网离线电弧的主要频段为30~100 MHz,这个范围内电磁辐射的幅度相对严重。另外由于受到受电弓以及滑板的影响,电弧的辐射场不对称,不同方向上辐射的场强均不同,车厢的前端和尾端是主要的辐射方向。

Simulation Research on Electromagnetic Radiation Noise of Pantograph Arc

Abstract:Pantograph-catenary system electromagnetic noise radiation not only endangers traffic safety, but also adversely affects the health of nearby residents and communications along the railway. By studying the radiation characteristics of the electromagnetic noise of the pantograph-catenary, provide a theoretical basis for suppression its radiation intensity.A Matlab simulation model of the pantograph offline arc was established, the simulation result shows out the discharge characteristics and the spectrum bounds of the arc. Then using the finite element analysis software to do a simulation analysis about pantograph typical frequency of the arc, the far-field and near-field characteristics based on the pantograph typical frequency were obtained. The result shows that: the main offline arc band is for 30~100 MHz, within the range of the electromagnetic radiation amplitude is serious. Additional, due to the impact of the pantograph and slide plate, Arc radiation field is asymmetrical, the radiation field intensity in different directions is different, the compartment front and tail ends are the main radiation direction.

一种高效的动态优先队列数据结构

摘要:数据结构的组织形式在算法实现中占有重要地位。探讨了优先队列中的数据结构组织问题,给出一种高效的堆式队列数据组织结构,阐明了该数据结构的基本操作,理论上分析了其时间和空间性能,通过实验和应用实例验证了堆式队列数据结构动态存取效率的高效性、存储空间的自适应性以及实现上的简单性。实验结果表明,堆式优先队列数据结构可有效地提高各类仿真系统的性能,也可用于组合优化等多种应用问题的解决。

Efficient Priority Queue Constructed on Heap-like Data Structure

Abstract: ?How to organize data structure is a very important issue for various algorithm implementations. In this paper, a novel and efficient priority-queue was presented based on a kind of heap-like data structure. The organization structure of the queue is first introduced and then a set of basic operators on the queue were elucidated, the time and space performances of the data structure was also theoretically analyzed. Our data structure has several advantages, including the adaptability of storage space as well as the simplicity and convenience of implementation. Experimental results showed that the heuristic priority queue data structure can effectively improve the performance of various types of simulation systems, relative to its traditional counterparts. Our data structure can be used to solve a variety of application problems such as combinatorial optimization.

七自由度机械臂的ADAMS/MATLAB联合仿真研究

摘要:为了研究冗余机械臂多关节耦合作用对机械臂控制的影响,采用SolidWorks建立了7自由度机械臂三维模型,基于ADAMSMATLAB对其进行联合仿真。采用分布式控制设计思想,设计了单关节的Proportional-Differential伺服控制方案,得到了7自由度机械臂各关节同步协调运动下的动态响应曲线,对实际工作中的外部环境干扰下的末端执行器进行仿真验证。结果表明各关节及末端执行器动态响应良好,验证了控制器及参数设计的合理性,进一步证明该方法可行、有效、实用,为冗余机械臂的后续控制研究提供了理论依据和试验基础。

Abstract: In order to study the redundant robot joint coupling effect on the control of the robot, the model of 7DOF manipulator was built based on SolidWorks, then co-simulation of ADAMS and MATLAB was researched; PD servo control scheme of single joint was designed based on the distributed control, the dynamic response curve of each joint of the manipulator was obtained in the process of synchronous movement, and the simulation of the end actual actuator was researched with the interference of the external environment. The results show that each joint and end effector response is well, the rationality of the controller and the parameter design is verified, which further proves that this method is feasible, effective and practical, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the research of control of redundant manipulator.

装甲车辆电传动系统实时仿真平台构建

摘要:基于分布式仿真技术,按照仿真精度的区别,建立了包含弱实时层、强实时层和苛刻实时层三个层次的装甲车辆电传动仿真系统。在弱实时层,采用CAN总线通讯,进行驾驶员模拟操控以及基于Vortex的车辆动力学实时仿真;在强实时层,采用FlexRay总线通讯,应用RT-LAB软件进行发动机、发电机、蓄电池的实时仿真;在苛刻实时层,采用并行数据总线,进行基于硬件FPGADSP的电机和逆变器实时仿真。从计算实时性、通讯实时性对所建立的实时仿真系统进行实时性分析。仿真结果表明:该实时仿真系统可以进行车辆整体性能、电传动系统性能和部件性能3个层次的仿真分析,并且系统实时性满足仿真要求。

Real-time Simulation Research on Electric Drive System of Armored Vehicle

Abstract: The electric drive armored vehicle simulation system was built based on distributed simulation technology, according to the difference of simulation step size, the simulation system was set to three parts: week real-time simulation part, strong real-time simulation part and strict real-time simulation part. In week real-time simulation part, the communication between driver operation and vehicle dynamic simulation was connected by CAN bus; In strong real-time simulation part, engine, generator and battery were modeled and simulated by two sets of RT-LAB software, and the communication was connected by FlexRay bus; In strict real-time simulation part, motor model and inverter model were simulated in FPGA and DSP hardware, and the communication was connected by parallel data bus. The real-time characteristic of the simulation system was analyzed according to computation real-time performance, communication real-time performance and scheduler real-time performance. The simulation results show that this simulation system has a good performance at the simulation of vehicle capability, electric drive system and part capability, as well as the real-time demand is needed.

基于改进最小方差控制的周转件库存优化研究

摘要:针对周转件航材库存优化和科学管理的问题,将改进最小方差控制算法引入到周转件航材库存优化中。以音频控制板为对象,将“维修保障—库存—航材补充”系统视为广义物理系统,结合航空公司周转件实际耗损中的不确定性等因素,建立周转件库存受控系统模型;采用改进最小方差控制策略,同时结合了层次分析法估计柔化系数和延长预测步长思想。利用Matlab-simulink搭建仿真平台并进行仿真研究,结果表明该方法相比传统最小方差控制策略的效果有显着改善。

Based on Modified Minimum Variance Control

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty in repairable aviation spares inventory optimization and scientific management, modified minimum variance control algorithm was introduced to repairable aviation spares inventory optimization. With audio control panel as the research subject and “maintenance production-inventory-aviation supplies complementarity” being viewed as a generalized physical system, combined with the uncertainty existing in the process of actual aviation supply loss, repairable aviation spares inventory control system model was established. By using minimum variance control strategy, and increasing the analytic hierarchy procedure, softness factor and extended predictive step length were estimated. Using Matlab-simulink, a simulation platform and achieve simulation research was built. The result shows that compared with the traditional minimum variance control, the performance effect of the improved control strategy is much better.

基于Hadoop的探地雷达数据并行处理方法研究

摘要:大数据及云计算等技术带来的科研方式的转变影响着探地雷达数据处理领域的研究工作,利用云计算平台对大规模探地雷达数据进行了数据解析的研究工作,通过流式处理框架Storm平台对产生的探地雷达数据进行了数据预处理,解决了探地雷达数据格式与Hadoop平台数据处理输入格式不匹配的问题。并在Hadoop平台下实现了并行化的卷积、反卷积与增益相结合的数据滤波处理,对滤波效果和运行性能指标进行了分析。仿真实验结果表明,该方法能准确有效地对探地雷达数据进行滤波解析,在运算速度、并行化加速度性能上都较传统方法有明显的改善。

Abstract: The change of research way brought by big data and cloud computing has an impact on the research of GPR data processing. Filtering and analysis research for large scale GPR data was conducted by cloud computing platforms. Data preprocessing to GPR data was realized through flow computing framework Storm so as to solve the mismatch of GPR data format and input data format of Hadoop and realize parallel convolution and gain process based on Hadoop. The filtering result and performance index was analyzed. Experimental results show that the proposed method is accurate and effective on GPR data process, and it has significantly improved operating speed and parallel speed-up in comparison with previous method.

Abstract: The agent based modeling and simulation method is an effective method in the field of complex systems and system of systems (SoS), which is deficient in the connection relationship between the agent and the complex network method. According to the actual situation of the army equipment support, a simulation model of the maintenance support system for the equipment support system of systems based on the ABMS and complex network was established, which mainly included the overhaul maintenance, the medium maintenance, the minor repair and the examined and repaired as the special equipment support activity processes. On the basis of the combination for the ABMS and complex network method, it is beneficial to grasp the operating rules of the equipment support and improve the equipment support capability.

基于多分辨率的multi-Agent武器装备体系作战仿真研究

摘要:针对基于multi-Agent的武器装备体系作战仿真应用中,multi-Agent的决策与协作行为异常复杂而现有模型不能很好应对的问题,提出一种基于多分辨率建模与multi-Agent理论相结合的作战仿真模型。将战术级协作任务交给高分辨率Agent,将战略级决策任务交给具有宏观决策优势的低分辨率聚合Agent其中,高层指挥Agent基于强化学习进行决策,底层作战Agent基于OA(observe-action进行协作,进而大幅降低了计算复杂度,并提高了决策收益。此外,基于面向Agent编程思想分别设计了高分辨率Agent和聚合Agent。基于JAVA语言进行了体系仿真验证。

Abstract: A model based on Multi-Resolution modeling technology with multi-Agent theory was put forward since the problem of the decision and cooperation of traditional multi-Agent system is too complicated in the field of battle simulation of weapon SOS. The tactic-level cooperation missions based on OA circle(observation-Action )was given to the high-Resolution Agents and the strategy-level decision missions based on reinforcement learning was given to the low-Resolution Agents. Besides, the class structure of high-Resolution Agent and Aggregation Agent based on the Agent oriented programming(AOP) was designed. At last, the ideas were validated through battle simulation for Weapon SOS based on Java language.

基于参数辨识及L2增益的PMSG反步控制策略研究

摘要:针对永磁电机式机械弹性储能机组动力源扭矩和转动惯量同时变化特性,提出了一种基于辨识算法及L2增益的反步控制策略。通过带遗忘因子的最小二乘算法同时辨识实时变化的转动惯量和输入转矩,根据辨识结果,考虑辨识误差以及发电机参数变化带来的不确定特点,结合反步控制和L2增益干扰抑制方法设计非线性反步控制器,保证永磁同步发电机的转速和输出电流能够以给定参考值运行。仿真结果表明:该控制策略能够较好地实现永磁同步发电机输出值对目标值的快速跟踪,且具有一定的抗干扰能力。

Parameter Identificationand L2 Gain Based Backstepping Control Strategy for PMSG

Abstract: In allusion to the simultaneous time-varying characteristics of power source torque and moment of inertia in permanent magnet synchronous motor based mechanical elastic energy storagesystem, a parameter identification and L2 gain based backstepping control strategy was proposed. Firstly, Time-varyring moment of inertia and input torque were simultaneously identified through the least squares algorithm with forgetting factor. Then, on the basis of identification results and combining backstepping control and L2 gain disturbance suppression method, a nonlinear backstepping controller was designed against identification errors and parameters perturbation to ensure the rotating speed and output currents of PMSG to track the given references. The simulation results show that the outputs of PMSG can track the target values rapidly and the proposed strategy has a certain anti-interference ability.

基于轻量化需求的大功率中频变压器优化设计

摘要:分析了大功率中频变压器绕组高频损耗与铁心高频损耗的解析计算方法,建立了其优化设计流程。采用自由参数扫描法,对一台面向电力机车轻量化应用的300 kW中频变压器进行了优化设计。通过建立评价系数公式,最优方案兼顾了变压器的损耗与重量。利用电磁有限元仿真计算软件Ansoft Maxwell,分别在二维涡流场与瞬态场中,对其中6组设计方案的绕组损耗与铁心损耗进行了仿真验证。对比解析设计与有限元仿真计算结果,两者误差在可接受范围内,验证了优化设计方法的正确性与有效性。

Abstract:The analytical calculation method for winding loss and core loss of high power medium frequency transformer was analyzed, and the optimal design process was established. A 300 kW medium frequency transformer for lightweight application of electric locomotive was designed optimally by the method of free parameters scanning. Through the establishment of evaluation parameters equation, the best scheme considered both the total loss and transformer weight. On this basis, the winding loss and core loss for six groups of design scheme were verified by finite element simulation in 2D eddy current field and transient field of Ansoft Maxwell respectively. Through the results comparison of analytical design and finite element simulation, the error is acceptable, which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the optimal design method.

摘要:为提高并网双馈风机的暂态稳定性。设计了一种基于磁链幅值相角控制(Flux Magnitude Angle Control,FMAC)的神经自适应电力系统稳定器(Neural Adaptive Power System Stabilizer,NPSS)通过在线训练Elman神经网络以实现自适应控制,利用双馈风机雅各比矩阵的符号代替雅各比矩阵运算以减少计算时间、提高运算速率。主导特征值分析和动态仿真证明神经电力系统稳定器在改善系统阻尼方面的有效性。与同步发电机(Synchronous Generation,SG)安装自动电压调节器(Automatic Voltage Regulator,AVR)和电力系统稳定器的对比仿真表明:双馈风机安装神经电力系统稳定器具有更好的阻尼特性、电压调节效果和暂态稳定性。

Design and Simulation Study of Neural Adaptive Power System Stabilizer of DFIG

Abstract: A Flux Magnitude Angle Control (FMAC) strategy based Neural Adaptive Power System Stabilizer (NPSS) was designed to improve the transient stability of grid-connected Double Fed Induction Generators (DFIGs). An online training algorithm based Elman artificial neural network was adopted to achieve adaptive control. For releasing computing burden and improving computing speed, a simplified method was used, where the calculation of jacobian matrix was replaced by the sign of itself. A simplified and generic renewable power system demonstrates the control performance contributions. The results of both dominant eigenvalue analysis and time response simulation illustrate contributions to system damping that the NPSS can make. Performance capabilities superior to those provided by Synchronous Generation (SG) with Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) and PSS control demonstrate that NPSS installed DFIG has better performances of system damping, voltage regulation and transient stability.

考虑水电蓄水量的黑启动电源替代方案优化

摘要:提出了一种考虑蓄水量约束的黑启动电源替代方案优化方法。利用抽水蓄能电站启动电气距离较近、启动性能较好的火电机组,在最短时间内实现并网发电,用成功启动的火电机组代替抽水蓄能机组进行后续恢复。以恢复方案的可靠性最高、额定容量最大以及在网架中的节点重要度最高为目标,综合考虑约束条件,建立黑启动电源替代方案优化模型;采用免疫算法进行求解,获取方案的Pareto最优解集;采用灰色关联模型进行多属性决策,在Pareto最优解集中选取出最终满意的方案。仿真实验结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: An optimization method was proposed to determine alternative schemes of the hydropower black start sources, by considering water reserve constraints. A pumped storage power station was employed to crank some thermal units close to the pumped storage and was with good start-up performance. The restarted thermal units were used as power sources for subsequent restoration instead of the pumped storage units. The reliability of restoring units, the total capacity of selected units and units’ node importance in network were defined as objective functions of the optimization problem. The immune algorithm was employed to search for the Pareto optimal solution set of the feasible schemes. The grey correlation model was applied to identify satisfactory solution from the solution set. The effectiveness of the proposed method was validated by simulation results.

基于PSO的有向传感器网络覆盖增强策略及仿真

摘要:基于有向传感器节点概率感知模型,提出了DSmT(Dezert-Smarandache theory)数据融合策略,针对有向传感器网络覆盖增强问题,提出一种基于粒子群算法的有向传感器节点部署算法,以重叠率作为适应度函数,通过迭代调整有向传感器节点的感知方向减少网络节点的重叠率,提高了网络数据可靠性。仿真结果表明,对于感知方向连续可调的有向传感器网络节点在随机部署情况下,和现有的部署方案相比,该部署算法收敛速度快,能够有效增强有向传感器网络节点利用率,提高网络覆盖率。

Abstract: A Dezert-Smarandache theory (DSmT) data fusion scheme was proposed based on the probability sensing model of directional sensor. In order to enhance the coverage ratio of directional sensor network, a sensor node deployment strategy was presented based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. Overlap rate was reduced by iteratively adjusting the sensing direction, which was regarded as fitness function in the algorithm, and the reliability of data was enhanced. The simulation results show that this algorithm has a fast convergence speed for the random deployment of sensor network nodes with continuously adjustable sensing direction, can effectively enhance the utilization rate of network nodes, and improve the coverage rate of the sensor network.

摘要:大规模风电集中并网已经成为中国风电送出的主要模式,但由于电网的薄弱和无功补偿配合的不足,电网的损耗问题较为突出。针对电压降低和无功流动对损耗的附加作用,依据多无功补偿的调节特性,提出一种两阶段协调控制方法,将缓慢离散的电容器、电抗器在长时间尺度安排,将快速连续的静止无功补偿器(Static Var CompensatorSVC)、静止无功发生器(Static Var GeneratorSVG)在短时间尺度安排,通过多无功补偿的分解协调,逐步实现降损的控制目标。以我国某大规模风电集中接入电网进行仿真计算,所提控制策略能够取得一定的降损效果。

Reactive Power Coordinated Control
to Reduce Grid Loss with Large-scale Wind Power Integration

Abstract: It has been main mode in China that large-scale wind power has centralized into grid, but as the weakness of the grid and a lack of coordination among reactive power compensation devices, the grid loss problem outstands. Regarding to the effect of voltage reduction and reactive power flow on loss, based on characteristics of different reactive power compensation devices, a two-stage coordinated control method was proposed. The method arranged slow discrete capacitors and reactors at long time scale whereas rapid successive static Var compensator(SVC) and static Var generator(SVG) at short time scale. By decomposition and coordination of reactive power compensation devices, it gradually has reached the target of loss reduction. Taking a grid with large-scale wind power integration as the case, the proposed control strategy can achieve a considerable loss reduction result.

基于模糊PID对转子系统的非线性振动控制的研究

摘要:针对转子系统的非线性恢复力模型与非线性振动控制问题,采用变宽度与变形状的隶属度函数构成的模糊规则的模糊PID控制的电磁作用器,实现对转子系统的非线性恢复力的处理和非线性振动的完全控制。使用具有非线性恢复力的轴承和电磁作用器的Jeffcott模型,进行转子系统的非线性振动控制的仿真计算并通过使用模糊PID与传统PID两种控制方法的仿真及比较,表明使用所提出的模糊PID控制器能对非线性恢复力进行自学习的模糊处理和实现转子系统的主谐波和分数谐波区域的完全振动控制,也强化了转子系统的适应能力。

Research of Vibration Control on Nonlinear Rotor System with Fuzzy-PID

Abstract: In order to overcome the problems which are the model of the nonlinear restoring force and the nonlinear vibration control, the vibration control of the nonlin-ear rotor system and the processing the nonlinear restoring force were accomplished based on the electromagnetic actuator using the FUZZY-PID controller with the fitness function of the variable width and variable geometric shapes. Using the Jeffcott rotor model with the nonlinearities of the forces of the bearing and the electromagnetic actuator, the simulations of the vibration control on the rotor system were performed. Through comparing with the control methods of the traditional PID and the FUZZY-PID and their results, the simulation results show the proposed FUZZY-PID controller can process the model of the nonlinear restoring force by the self-study and the nonlinear vibration control in the vicinities of the major critical speed and sub-harmonic critical speed and the rotor system is improved with a stronger ability of the interference rejection.

无功补偿器装置对PLC信道特性影响的研究

摘要:无功补偿器是电网中被广泛应用的重要设备。为研究无功补偿器对电力线通信的影响,通过实际测量无功补偿器在50 Hz~1 MHz范围内的阻抗特性,给出了宽频范围内无功补偿器阻抗变化的规律,针对具体无功补偿器介质材料在高频时的特性进行分析,建立了无功补偿器集总参数高频电路模型和基于端口行为的高频模型。利用传输线理论建立了电力线信道参数-确定性模型,分析了无功补偿器对电力线通信信道传输特性以及容量的影响。结果表明,无功补偿器作为电网中常用的电气设备,对电力线通信有重要影响。

Influence of Reactive Power Compensator on Power Line Communication Channel Characteristics

Abstract:Reactive power compensator is an important equipment which is widely used in power system. To study the influences of reactive power compensator on power line communication (PLC), the impedance characteristics of the reactive power compensator in the range of 50 Hz~1 MHz were measured, and the variation rule of the reactive power compensator impedance was proposed. The high frequency characteristics of dielectric materials in reactive power compensator were analyzed. And the high-frequency lumped parameter model and high-frequency two-port network model of reactive power compensator were proposed. The power line parameters-deterministic model was established based on the transmission line theory. The reactive power compensator effects on the transmission characteristics and capacity of PLC channel were further investigated. The results show that, the reactive power compensator as a prevalent electrical equipment in the power system has important influences on the PLC.

摘要:针对反舰导弹协同编队飞行问题,设计了两种基于领弹-从弹法的多导弹编队飞行控制方法。领弹-从弹法编队是一种只需要给定领弹的行为、领弹-从弹的相对位置以及从弹的控制策略就可以控制整个编队的行为和队形,大大简化了编队成员之间的合作问题。方法一根据从弹相对与领弹的位置,设计了从弹的编队制导指令,方法二根据领弹、从弹以及目标的位置关系设计从弹编队控制方法,仿真研究和结果表明所设计的控制器能稳定实现编队队形。

Abstract: To solve the formation control problem of anti-ship missiles, two approaches based on leader-followerswere adopted. Leader-follower formation is a method that can control the behavior of the formation only with the behavior of leader missile, relative position between leader and followers and the control strategy of followers. This will simplify the cooperation of formation between the whole members. According to the relative position between leader-follower, the formation order was designed. Another one designed the control system based on the position of leader, followers and target. The control method can realize the formation by the simulation and study.

基于双层凸多面体的风力机LPV控制器设计

摘要:针对风力机线性化建模存在的偏差问题,提出了双层凸多面体结构的LPV(Linear Varying Parameter)控制器设计方法。将带有调度变量的传统模型转化为具有双层凸多面体结构的形式,结合线性矩阵不等式和增益调度技术求解外层凸多面体的顶点控制器,根据求解的各顶点控制器合成内层凸多面体的线性变参数控制器。该方法旨在消减模型的线性化偏差,增强控制器的控制效果。仿真结果表明:相比于传统控制器的设计,该方法使得风力机以更稳定的输出功率和更弱的机械应力平稳运行。

LPV Controller Design of Wind Turbine Based on Double-Layer Convex Polyhedron

Abstract: In order to solve the deviation in the process of linearized modeling, this method based on the double-layer convex polyhedron structure was proposed to design the linear varying parameter controller. The traditional model with scheduling variables was converted into the model with double-layer convex polyhedron structure. Combined with the gain scheduling technique and the linear matrix inequality method, the vertex controllers were constructed at the outer sphere convex polyhedron. The inner sphere convex polyhedron controllers were figured out according to the vertices controllers. The method was aimed to weakened the linear deviation, enhance the control effect of controller. The simulation results show that the wind turbine operates with more stable output power and more lower mechanical stress compared to the performance of traditional controller.

基于信息熵的BP网络在热工系统建模中的应用

摘要:针对火电厂热工对象实时建模困难、模型精度不高、以及神经网络因输入量增多导致收敛速度大幅降低的问题,将近似决策熵属性约简用于BP(Back Propagation)网络的建模中,提出了一种基于信息熵的BP网络建模方法。该方法采用k-means聚类算法对现场数据进行预处理及有效性评价,用近似决策熵对系统输入进行属性约简,用BP网络训练建立非线性模型。通过将该方法应用于主汽温和NOx排放浓度建模表明,该方法模型精度高,而且有效降低了BP网络输入层的维数,简化了网络结构,提高了训练速度,对热工系统实时建模具有重要实用价值。

Thermal System Modeling Based on Entropy and BP Neural Network

Abstract: The real-time modeling is difficult on thermal system and the model precision is not high. The convergence rate of Neural Network (NN) decreases dramatically when there are too many inputs. The BP NN modeling method based on information entropy was proposed in which the attribute reduction based on the model of approximation decision entropy was used. Field data were preprocessed by the k-means clustering algorithm and the validity was then evaluated. The approximation decision entropy was used in attribute reduction of the inputs. And the nonlinear model was built by the training of BP NN. Eventually, the proposed method was applied to the modeling of main steam temperature and the modeling of NOx emission concentration and the result shows that, the method simplified the structure of network and increased the training speed with high-precision of the model. The method is of great significance on real-time modeling and has higher practical value.
